(some ask for user ID, some as for email, if I am not mistaken). 2. we manage multiple accounts. when logging into another account, we are forced do a search or "find my account" first, which is uniquely incomprehensible, probably reflecting a very obsolete design or approach. 3. hard to find historic data. beyond certain time back, we have to reload page by page to retrieve the record. 4. structure and naming are not intuitive and user friendly. we use very minimal functions and still find it not easy to use. 5. We have approximately 260 staff, about 2% of their clocking fail everyday for some reason. 6. We have been using this portal for nearly a decade and have not seen much improvement made. 7.
