Thankfully, eventually the issue resolved itself. There was one other occurrence where a user experienced an issue downloading an Excel document from a resource folder. They were using an Apple product to access the portal and they were not able to view the document in question as a spreadsheet. I reached out to OnBoard regarding same and they confirmed the user would need to have the Excel App downloaded on their device. > > The OnBoard team has been extremely responsive whenever I reach out.
