It would be great if their invoicing and statements were a little more personalizable. > > It's been great. Their support is fantastic and they are quick to respond. Also, they are incredibly patient when training. Our firm had to find a new CRM platform when our old one was no longer being supported and we tried another cloud based platform prior to Firm360 and it was riddled with issues. We kept with it for 2 years and just couldn't deal with it any longer.
