When printing tickets on the Boca, we have had numerous problems with the \[sensitive content hidden\] communicating with the ticket printer. When it comes to different printing avenues, such as an Epson printer, the "Bar Codes" do not align, and are unable to be scanned into the system. There is a big disconnect in dealing with actual printed tickets. Which, for a vintage property, like our historic theater, is absolutely essential. > > Overall, it is the staff that retains our account.
