easy to use features great for finding important past info to assist our guests
Cons:
wish the dates would go back further ao we can serach for older emails or a search bar for spefic subject

We can share with them your feedback regarding the storage period. Archiver also does allow you to search for messages by subject line and other filters. Easy to use and quick to get into, easy to resend to same email address.
Cons:
Would be helpful if we could add and send to another email.

Archiver does actually allow for resending a message to a different email address, however, this is a controlled permission. We recommend you reach out to your account administrator to see if that permission can be made available.
It does what is needed
Comments: Not bad. Not the greatest but it does what its designed for.

I like being able to see all emails sent.

doesnt show all emails from across the department

Archiver is easy to use and a great product
Pros:
Ease of use. Allows me to search for emails guest lose track of.
Cons:
It doesn't include archived emails from all departments (ie Customer Care)

Links are disabled by default to avoid generating false open and click tracking events against a customer's email. There are options for being able to view and click links that your account administrator can help you with.
