Pros:

The product is fairly easy to use. Easy to read.

Cons:

The refresh rate is very slow. It is suppose to refresh on its own but I have to refresh it on my own every minute.

Used to be good....

Comments: Used to be good especially for that money, now the prices are almost 200 per use it's insane. And very often website is down. Not worst the money. And DAT ONE is the worst if they will switch will lose all their customers

Value of loads, easy to use, easy to put searches or edit

Very often the website is done and have to refresh manually

Work well for what I need

Pros:

I am able to easily search for loads, get average rates, search multiple equpiment types or post my trucks

Cons:

Average rates are always wayyy different from actual spot rates, I wish all brokers would be forced to put loading times in notes to quit wasting my time.

Solid System Designed for Shippers, Brokers, and Carriers

Comments: I’ve been using the DAT Load Board for 8 years with two different companies and several different roles. There are definitely features for employees to utilize regardless of their particular title.

Pros:

I like that the system has a variety of features that make information transparent between shippers and/or brokers, as well as carriers. It is much easier to have everyone on the same page simultaneously.

Cons:

The support could be more accessible with faster response times.

Pros:

What I like about the load board is that it gives you estimate on what the market is doing right now in every state and how it could impact your region on where you are and what you're trying to achieve on a everyday basis.It also allows you to see future loads for the week to come.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints, I definitely would refer it to a friend in the trucking industry.

NEW DAT ONE

Pros:

I like the old Dat power load board , I have been using Dat Solutions since 1995 .

Cons:

I do not like the new updated Dat one load , for many reasons , I have been speaking with a-lot of people that are in this industry and have been using DAT Solutions for almost as long as I have been since 1996 . There is nothing good at all about this new updated board , first and foremost it is not user friendly ( they say that is is user freindly ) so many thing that I do not like at all and would like to know why change anything that works ( And we like it to be simple ) !!! it hurts my eyes when using this ! I also hope that someone else come out with a load better load board to put Dat out business . Dat solutions controls the load board market and not only that even your might notice that they also have a lot of brokers that posted load that are not good !!!

Comments: So my overall experience with DAT has been great so far real time loads easy quick and efficient tools to use it’s just been a great product and asset for my company

What I like the most is that it is v very easy to use great tools

Cons:

To me it’s got to be the map when you click on a load to see the distance. I think it just needs a view map button that will take you right to your maps and the spec lane that you are interested in

Comments: DAT Load Board has been an essential tool in our daily operations. We will continue using the program for years to come.

Pros:

DAT Load Board offers helpful features for finding capacity and publishing loads. The user interface is also very easy to use. Anyone who hasn't used the DAT Load Board can learn the system fairly quickly.

Pros:

Keeps up on what loads are available, in real time .

Cons:

I would like to make it mandatory for the brokers to fill out all available details of the load . Most of the time hardly any of the details are not . It would save time when with picking a load and avoid, useless phone calls and waiting on hold to find out if the load is a good fit for what Iam looking for .

Awesome service and load board

Comments: Overall its a great load board and price! This is the only load board I utilize to book my loads daily. I think I might upgrade to a better package as there is more functions with DAT that I haven't utilized yet.

Pros:

I love how it's easy too search for what you want specifically with the equipment location, deadhead, and weight.

Cons:

I wish it has a link/tab for you to choose from a list of brokers/ company that wants you to onboard within the dat system. This will cut down time by choosing to onboard with a company/broker before you reach out to them. 8/10 they want you already setup. Make the broker/ company completely fill out the load to accuracy i.e pick up dates/times and drop off pick up dates/times and specific things needed to require the loads.

DAT Review

Pros:

That I dont have to check if broker is good with my factoring company. There is a check mark indicating that its approved, or only showes me the approved one.

Cons:

Maybe the ability to leave a note for oneself about the broker that I have already contacted. Sometimes I repeated calling the same broker after I forgot the details of why I couldn't take that load. After you make a few calls you forget the details of a load that looked promising earlier but the load would not work for some unique reason.

DAT is our Go-To

Comments: I like it. Nothing is perfect. But I like it.

Pros:

I like the feature rich environment that it has. Being able to sort via “per mile” is awesome!

Cons:

I’m trying to get my business off the ground. It’s tough. I’d like to see better benefits for less than 1 year. Those who already have the money can spend more to beat out us beginners.

what I like of the new DAT load board is that you can see or make notes of who you called or viewes the load

what I don't like is that brokers have options to email only and to post multiple loads for the same lane.

Comments: Very bad cause I got caught with a bad broker. Cause dat not updating the broker information..

Cons:

I really don't like because the information on broker are not updated periodically..Carriers trust in dat when they check broker records and reviews, but dat don't updated this information periodically..
