Comments: I am an user since over 4 years, but it rarely use a benefit, I didn´t know what the offer of benefits is, I know it is accessible if I enter to the website, but maybe it will be helpful is a catalog is sent from time to time to be aware of the benefits.

Pros:

the easy interface, it is very friendly

Cons:

I think they may send a catalog of the current benefits and maybe promotions/discounts when apply. it will be helpful.

Efficient Solution for Employees Management

Pros:

The tool focus on the welfare of employees, and there is rational communication

Cons:

The recording of employees behaviour is well handled by the app

Comments: In overwall i like the plataform and recoment to my cowokers.

Pros:

Good % in discounts and not sure if was luck, but there is always something that i need in that moment.

I expected more discounts. Sometimes there is no much options in some categories

Comments: In general the application is Great in my opinion

What I liked most about Zoön Loyalty is that it is easy to use and optimal for searching for company benefits and redeeming points.

So far I have not found anything wrong with the application as it is fast and has everything in visibility.

Comments: Has been a good one. I think the site shall send you notifications so you can remmebr and not loose your anual benefits.

I REALLY DIDN'T FIND ANY DISADVANTAGES, THE ENTIRE ENVIRONMENT IS EASY TO ACCESS, AND VERY INTUITIVE. I DON'T SEE THAT THEY HAVE DEFICIENCIES

Comments: in general it is good even though it is necessary for the platform to change the agreements with the service companies.

published discounts and promotions...more companies in agreement and according to the country of Chile..

some promotions are not good and are not very attractive to people...

Comments: I have used it just a little but I had a great experience with it.

I like the simple and friendly user interface. I was impressed for the quick reply when I needed support.

Cons:

It would be nice to have an email every once in a while to know when the benefits have changed.The email for support [email protected] apparently is not working, but once I had the correct email I got a reply straight away in no time.

Dias Libres el mejor beneficio

Comments: Mi experiencia ha sido buena, solo lo he usado para canjear dias libres.

Pros:

La posibilidad de obtener dias libres , es un beneficio adicional a los dias de vacaciones que generas en el año.

Cons:

Con respecto a los beneficios de tiendas deportivas, o gimnasio no hay mucha variedad.

Comments: El sistema de beneficios de puntos me ha permitido obtener mayor flexibilidad en al momento de solicitar tiempo libre

El propio sistema de puntos ha sido muy beneficioso para mi y para mi familia al contar con tiempo libre

Lo que menos he usado han sido los convenios con empresas y descuentos.
