Comments: Great, the team is supportive and responsive in critical situations, portal is easy to work with, and the lay-out is pleasant to look at!

Pros:

Customer service, easy to use, the new portal with great features for participants

Cons:

I did not like the lay-out of the old portal

Incentive program expense calculation help

Pros:

Easy tool, which does all the cost reporting for you, instead of creating tons and tons of Black and Scholes calculations in excel.

Cons:

There is nothing so far I do not like with Optio.

Excellent IFRS2 offering

Pros:

Excellent reporting and accuracy - takes a lot of detail and provides a valuable output

Cons:

Making it more self-service would be helpful
