> **Pros**: I really enjoy the opportunity to recognize my team for all their hard work and achievements. It's such a rewarding feeling to give shout-outs and acknowledge the efforts they put in, whether it's completing a big project, going above and beyond, or even just consistently showing up and doing their best. The recognition not only boosts morale but also helps create a positive team culture. I've been told a few times that I've 'made someone's week' after a shout out, which brings me immense joy. &#10;&#10;Another great aspect is being able to tag managers in these shout-outs and the ability for them to boost and award points to recognitions. It adds an extra layer of visibility and encourages everyone to stay engaged, knowing that their efforts are being noticed at all levels.

> **Cons**: I do have some challenges with the User Interface. I find it a bit cumbersome to navigate, and it can be frustrating at times if a page reloads, or I accidentally close the create new recognition fly-out tab. It doesn't feel as intuitive or streamlined as it could be, which makes using it a little less enjoyable and I tend to wait until the end of the week to give shout outs, rather than individually throughout the week. Another issue I’ve encountered is being logged out frequently, which interrupts my workflow and leads to unnecessary delays. It would be much more convenient if I could stay logged in for a longer duration of time. &#10;&#10;Additionally, the recognition values our organization has put in place can be a bit confusing. I’ve noticed quite a bit of overlap between the different categories, which makes it difficult to determine which one best fits the recognition I’m giving. The lack of clear distinctions between them can lead to some uncertainty, and it would be helpful if these categories were more clearly defined or streamlined to reduce any confusion. It would definitely improve the experience if the system could make it easier to understand which value to use for each situation.

> **Pros**: My company offers various gift cards redemption with different value options from Achievers as well other products similar as other online stores, as an employee appreciation token for work related contributions from management.&#10;&#10;Personally, I like to pick Achievers simply because the redemption reward value is not discounted as much as other online products, but also the redemption process is simple, easy and secure from my experiences. Also, I always received the online gift cards within one hour from Achievers.&#10;&#10;I have also recommended my colleagues to pick Achievers gift cards which provided flexibility on choices to spend on using the gift cards.

> **Cons**: The least I like about Achievers is that I print a either hard copy of the Achievers gift card or keep the soft copy in my email.&#10;&#10;To print a hard copy, I need keep the paper copy, and stuff the A4 size paper inside my wallet.&#10;&#10;To keep a soft copy in my email, I need search around my emails on my phone.&#10;&#10;If there is a way to print a credit card size of paper copy with the redemption bar code, then it would be perfect in my case.

EX:  In the case where an item is 50,000 points and the employee only has 42,000 - for them to apply credit card payment for the 8,000 Point different.
