You can only view/select a maximum of 100 members at once, and the bulk actions are extremely limited, forcing many changes to be made in each individual membership. For example, there is no option to bulk upgrade student belt rankings or even filter by age or unsigned documents. - Customer service is only available via email, and it can be quite slow. - Poor design flow navigating within the platform - the system flashes to different windows with stark appearance changes when you click around settings and navigate different tabs. - Limited customization for email notifications and automations. - No ability to book "appointments" aka private lessons without adding memberships and pre-scheduled timeslots. - Duplicate workflows with varying "features" instead of a single optimized approach. The company has changed in all the wrong ways (acquired by private equity), causing both gym \[sensitive content hidden\] and members to suffer from this transition. If you are looking for a basic CRM that can process automated monthly payments, Gym Desk is a suitable option. If you require any additional functionality, such as using a schedule, booking, attendance, private lessons, financial reporting, etc. I'd avoid this platform. It just cannot keep up with tasks beyond member sign-up and automated billing. The quality of customer service has declined so fast, even in the short time we've been clients.
