I have used it both for advanced online ticketing and box office and the real-time inventory update has eliminated any chance of overbooking or selling twice to the same client, especially during busy events.

> **Cons**: I identified cases where the data ran into synchronization issues in the processing of high amounts simultaneously. This time there were minor delays when signaling the confirmation especially if more than two attendees were trying to use the bracelet at the same time.

> **Cons**: An area I feel that needs improvement would be on the mobile app. I noticed that it occasionally crashes and once I restart it, it works fine.
