The logic routing is easy to set up and helps us simplify longer surveys. The report generating option is great for quick summaries and it's easy to share the survey through links and website embeds. Our smaller clients get great use of the free version but the pricing tiers are pretty reasonable. > > **Cons**: There are limited design/branding options so we don't always have brand consistency for our clients. > > We've used Jotform for 5+ years with our clients, setting up accounts for them, and using a paid account ourselves.
