> **Pros**: Originally it was ease of setup that drew us to smile.  However I have to say that the best thing about this app is the customer service.  It is always a delight to deal with their staff.

> **Cons**: I really can't say what I like least because I have not identified any issues with the platform or limitations.  I suppose some more in depth reporting would be helpful.

> Signed up on Smile over 15 years ago.  Have sampled all kinds of other loyalty apps over the years and nothing came close to smile in terms of price and functionality.  The experiences I've had with their support team has made me a client for life.

It helped increase repeat purchases and customer engagement. While I did wish there were a few more customizations and reporting options, it still delivered strong value for our loyalty program.
