Comments: In Snovio I can add multiple email IDs and send emails in bulk, this tool has proven to be good for me for marketing.
Pros:

In modern email marketing, the bounce rate depends on many factors, not just the validity of emails (this is a lesser factor since we don't allow sending to verifiably invalid emails by default). The most impactful ones are sender reputation, sending volumes, and quality of the chosen audience. To help with this, Snov.io offers various ways to adjust your campaign and gradually raise the volume and frequency of sent emails, a warm-up tool, personalization options to make your outreach targeted, and so on. Using Snov.io for Email Campaigns
Pros:
I have used Snov.io for email campaigns around reviews, partnerships, and newsletters. It works well, but you might need some time to get used to it, as the adoption experience is not as smooth. Their customer team is always willing to help tho!
Cons:
The UI is overloaded and there are many actions around the screen. You get used to it and it works well for campaigns.

Best Lead Generation Application
Comments: We run an outreach campaign now and we are amazed by the results. Response rate is 35%!, it is also very effective in warming-up mailing boxes.
Pros:
I liked the possibility to have the lead generation process automatized. From prospects finding, to CRM. I looked for such a tool for many years.
Cons:
Some UI/UX elements could be enhanced. I would minimize the drop-down menus, but these are minor things.

Many missing features and UX oversights lead to a frustrating experience
Comments: We evaluated Snovio for email outreach/sales prospecting. Ultimately there were so many things it can't do and tiny frustrations using it that we decided to move to another vendor. It was death by a thousand cuts.
Pros:
+ The linkedin chrome extension does work most of the time once you install it manually+ The database search tool to find contacts at a given company name with certain titles etc works fairly well as long as it's not a small business you're targeting
Cons:
There are many oversights all over the product which make it hard to use and more time consuming than even manual prospecting and emailing. For example:- If you add a prospect contact to a list, Snovio will show their company details on the contact but it will not add that company anywhere in your account. You have to manually expand a dropdown, click to view the company, then click add to list and select a list on that company's detail. 4 extra clicks each time. This is ridiculous. It means that if you and another colleague are doing outreach, you can very easily email two people at the same company unless you are manually adding the companies too, so you can search and make sure they haven't been reached out to yet. Even worse, you can't search contacts by their company name. - You can't schedule 1:1 emails to be sent later. You can only schedule campaigns. However, if you are in B2B sales, you know that often times email templates only get you so far and you need to write more personalized messages. Might as well just stick with Gmail and Boomerang or Yesware...- You can't have multi-line custom fields in case you were considering using custom fields + a campaign to send more personalized messages.- For Pipedrive users: the Pipedrive integration adds contacts to Pipedrive even if Snovio never was successful in finding any email address for them. There is no way to stop it from doing this. You have to go set up an automation in Pipedrive or Zapier to delete them.

My favorite prospecting tool
Pros:
Very convenient service for finding leads through Linkedin and further communication with them through e-mail. Reduces manual work to a minimum. Very detailed and easy to understand manuals. Quick and friendly support. It's nice that the product is developing and new handy functionality is appearing all the time.
Cons:
We always want more. For example, to have the contact information include links to all social networks and personal phone numbers. But apparently this would be a violation of the GDPR. Although other services provide such information.

Comments: Overall experience is pretty satisfying.
Pros:
I like Snov.io for assisting in discovering email addresses, validating them, gathering, and organizing email lists, and automating email campaigns to enable the delivery of personalized bulk emails.
Cons:
Although it happens very rarely, there are occasions where not all emails can be located. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with utilizing this service. However, in some cases contacting support can be quite challenging.

Our favorite tool for generating leads with a bundle of features for sales outreach
Comments: Snov.io helps us find email addresses of leads on LinkedIn and other websites, enrich our database of leads, and manage them throughout the pipeline within a simple CRM.
Pros:
Possibility to find email addresses on any company website and LinkedIn, both single and in bulk. Other tools that are included into the price, such as CRM, email verifier, email warm-up, and email marketing service.
Cons:
CRM isn’t very sophisticated. If you need a CRM with lots of possibilities, you’d better try another platform. But as an email finder, Snov.io works great.

Find And Verify Emails Easily
Comments: Snov is a tool with limited functionality. If you are the one looking to find new email leads and verify them before sending then this is a very useful tool. But if you are looking for a multichannel marketing tool then better options are available in the market.
Pros:
Snov is one such tool that can not help you in finding new email leads but can also help you verify these emails. Good part about Snov is that you bulk verify emails to save your time. The platform helps you create pipelines for existing prospects.
Cons:
Sometimes a lot of emails go inside spam folder for the recipient. Not sure this problem is due to Snov or something else. Else till now I have not found any other issues.
Good for sending emails but not good for lead generation.
Comments: It's been good but not great so far.
Pros:
Setting up snov.io is easy, it's almost plug and play and domain verification also takes just couple of seconds.
Cons:
When I actually started sending emails from it, I realised the delivery rate was pretty low and when I ran the similar contacts in different tool, I received a 20% higher open rate.

Can Be Valuable!
Comments: One of the many issues that we were able to solve with Snovio was being able to reach out to our alumni about fundraising and Snovio helped us get their emails through Linkedin. Although Snovio is not always accurate, it has been accurate many times and I think it has helped our work a lot. Considering the fact that it's free and there's nothing to lose, I'd reccomend giving it a try!
Pros:
I think that Snovio has a lot of potential as it can be extremely valuable at times! What I really like about Sonvio is its compatibility with Linkedin and being able to get people's emails despite not being connected to them. It uses a database to figure out people's email addresses and this can be such a great tool for people who often need to cold call or reach out to other individuals that they may not necessarily be connected to. This was a great tool to use when reaching out to potential donors for fundraising programs for our school!
Cons:
What I liked the least about this software was that it was not always reliable. There are often many instances when I get notifications that my emails did not go through because the email address that I received from Sonvio was not a real email address. This can be very inconvenient at times when I really need a proper email address. However, considering that this service is free, there is really no reason to complain.
How snov.io automated and changed our view of prospecting
Pros:
What we liked the most about Snov.io was the way it made something that we weren't used to doing (due to being time consuming and, let's face it, a boring thing - even though it was necessary) into an easy and dynamic task. The software's integration with our Gmail account was very well received. We were able to create personalized and automatic prospects with the campaign tools, in addition to getting the right contact, with the search tools on Linkedin. Another thing we took into account was email verification, which can be done in bulk, in addition to using lists you already have. We took into account all these pros and the price, and found it to be well worth the investment.
Cons:
We think that, despite being a very complete software, it still doesn't offer some tools that other products on the market offer. As a complete CRM, alerts, and others. But we know that the software is in constant development and it is only a matter of time before everything aligns with our business.
Snovio is our choice for email gathering
Comments: Snovio is valuable for us at this point. While very pleasant to use, Snovio also offers amazing output and functionality. It has become a natural part of what we do in a variety of cases.
Pros:
Snovio is an outstanding platform for email contacts gathering and emailing. The whole workflow is thoughtfully built and intuitive. In just a few clicks, Snovio Email Finder saves professional contacts from LinkedIn and brings them to the web app where they’re safely stored and are ready for further management. From that point, it is really easy to set the emailing sequence to get in touch with a lot of contacts at once.
Cons:
Hard to think of real conses. Although, one thing we would like to have is an option to tag (with custom and system tags) prospects and lists to bring some additional structure and enhance flexibility. Hope you have this under development in the nearest future!
The most useful platform for marketers and other professionals
Pros:
Our team loves Snov.io for its versatility. You can use it either for a definite purpose, like searching for email addresses or sending emails, or as an all-in-one platform and have all the data held in one storage. Monthly, you receive a definite amount of credits and you can split them the way you need. You can search for thousands of emails every day or spend the credits on email verification only. And no one limits you. That’s really great! Another thing is that you don’t use credits for sending email campaigns: you get credits for email search and check and recipients for reaching out to them. The drip campaigns are amazing. With their help, we’ve closed many deals and have many more new loyal clients. We also use Snov.io drips for sending weekly and monthly updates. All the emails are delivered, the unsubscribed people get deleted from the list of recipients automatically, and much much more. You can schedule your campaigns, add an unsubscribe link to your emails, personalize your emails not only with names and other system variables but create your own ones. This approach makes our emails look really personalized.
Cons:
With so much positives said, I cannot mention any of the negatives. Our team appreciates Snov.io and we use the platform nearly every day.
Outreach has never been easier
Pros:
The drip email tool provided by Snov.io is one of the best on the market. It has many useful features, like triggers, schedules, and even templates for numerous purposes (that is rather useful to those who are new to email marketing; they can get some inspiration or simply use the templates). Our team also appreciates the teamwork feature. It allows me to control each member of my team and I’m always aware of what is done and can support my colleagues at any time.
Cons:
For us, everything is ok. Yet, it was a bit difficult to deal with drips from the very beginning. I think, guys, it would be great to have guides not only in the knowledge base but also an in-app onboarding. This way, new users will start working with the platform faster, and won’t bother your support team too often.
Snov.IO is an excellent choice for email finding

Sometimes a little slow coming back with a valid email. But understand why.

Great service for sales department
Pros:
The administration is very kind and supportive. I use this service for email extraction and verification. Also, our sales department set Drip Campaigns in Snov.io. We use internal filters to sort companies without even using LinkedIn. I think I should mention very friendly interface and site navigation. It saves my time and decreases tension when it's so much routine and I’m on the move all day and running around like a headless chicken.

This service covers all my needs so I'm completely satisfied with Snov.io.
