The workout structuring is very flexible, with a fully loaded customizable exercise library, and easily saveable programs. You can easily program alternate exercises for multiple setups (i.e. dumbbell instead of barbell deadlifts). The automations save me hours and hours with onboarding and the community forums allow clients to stay engaged with each other, or submit lifting videos for feedback. I also really like the option to send voice notes. Plus I can categorize clients into different subgroups. And offering on Demand Studio programs, workouts and resources really helps with the accessibility for clients who prefer a self directed approach. The customer support is also fantastic, with responses usually within a few hours to help troubleshoot things. The new "Master Calendar" feature allows you to see a whole overview of a clients training as well which makes periodization a breeze, now. > > **Cons**: Redundancy in some of the automation upgrades. Limited Zapier tasks and triggers. Payment System doesn't track client location data for tax tracking (I ended up migrating my billing to Stripe for this one). Unable to schedule direct messages to clients.
