Restrata - Now using Restrata as a terminology instead of POB, access control, and contact tracing

Comments: high customer satisfaction, customer needs-driven approach, effective project management, agile methods

Pros:

Very experienced and talented development team to make the product customizable according to requirements. Agile development and live cycles. There are strong use cases and good references.

Asset Protection Manager

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Clearly the platform has been developed over a long period and updated according to user requests or additional input from software developers. This has enabled a well thought out, easy to use platform with a variety of actions and functions. Some further development/ updates required for the devices to ensure a more robust experience.

Pros:

Both the handheld devices and platform were user friendly, easy to navigate. Good variety of functions, admin user/ backend was also easy to manage.

Cons:

Having a greater level of admin/ back-end access to enable more personalized actions within the platform, instead of requiring further development would be helpful. Example would be options to allow the admin user to create additional drop-down options, similar to the add asset page. Handheld devices were often problematic, often requesting username and password. Devices would often crash/ freeze and required restarting.

Fastest implementation ever

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: We needed something that would allow us to track and trace players, officials and support staff quickly, without needing to question people. This allowed us to both prove that people were not exposed to coronavirus as well as highlighting those that may have been.

Pros:

Coronavirus and Cricket Behind Doors didn’t allow us to do the usual software evaluations, proof of concept or pilot runs. We implemented in record time and hit the ground running with this platform. The Track and Trace functionality was crucial.

Cons:

Report options were a little fixed. If we could export more user selected data into a spreadsheet we could more quickly analyse data.
