They were reluctant to provide support on this issue during a trial evaluation. We persisted in pushing for the support explaining we are evaluating this for a client and until satisfied we would not enter into a paid subscription, which was needed for this level of support without knowing this solution meets the needs of our client. After raising this with them they agreed to supply the support required. > > We are a WordPress development and hosting provider, using Pressable for the hosting service. This type of service provided has certain parts of the server locked down, which in this case seems to have created an issue with parsing data from the site to ShipDay. We are using Zapier and a Woo App, which is extra costs at this stage until the direct integration is resolved. ShipDay’s support for this trial has been greatly appreciated.
