We had been double billed for almost 10 months and when we noticed this we made a call to our rep who we did talk to once, but who did not stop the payments, return phone calls, answer our emails even make the meeting we arranged on-line. Complaints went to her supervisor whom did reply but it still took weeks to resolve the issue with little help. Very disappointed with their lack of empathy or assistance. As with many companies they are great at sales, however their customer service leaves lots to be desired. As with any company the cream rises to the top when the customer needs help. > > Disappointing.
