> **Pros**: I like that SurveyMonkey is super easy to set up a survey without thinking too much. The templates help a lot and most of the questions are already there, so I just drag things around and it works. Sharing the survey link is simple too, and responses come in fast. The dashboard shows results in a clean way, so I don’t have to export everything every time. It just saves time overall.

> **Cons**: Some features feel locked behind paid plans, and sometimes even basic stuff needs an upgrade which gets annoying. The UI is okay but a bit confusing when you try to find advanced settings. Also the analytics could be better, like more detailed breakdowns without needing to export. And sometimes the survey preview doesn’t match exactly how it looks on mobile.

> Overall my experience has been pretty good. It’s easy enough for quick surveys and works fine for collecting feedback. I use it mostly for simple forms and it does the job without too much trouble. There are a few things that take time to figure out, but once you get used to it, it’s smooth. It’s not perfect but it’s reliable and never really gave me any big issues.
