Comments: I had high hopes for Movavi Video Editor 2023 (version 23.5.1), but I’m honestly disappointed. They advertise powerful features like "Transparency by AI" that sound great, but they’re clearly not ready for release. Every time I use this feature, my computer overheats, becomes unresponsive, and slows down. None of my other editing apps cause these issues, so I’m certain it's a Movavi-specific problem. On top of that, their response to these issues has been far from helpful. Instead of fixing these bugs, they’re constantly pushing me to buy a new product or upgrade. When I’ve already paid for a full license, I expect some level of support and updates to solve existing issues, not just a prompt to spend more. Movavi really needs to start addressing their software’s current bugs before offering “new” features and pushing new versions every year. I’d love to see them prioritize a stable, responsive product instead of selling features that don’t even work. I wouldn’t recommend this software unless Movavi seriously steps up their game and starts listening to customers.

Comments: I am someone who enjoys editing videos and audio, but I have never specialized in this area. I have always used free software that only provided me with the basics of editing, and which were far from being the best or with the highest quality. But Movavi Video Editor is extremely easy to use, and I have only just begun to explore all its possibilities! I have no doubt that this software will help me a lot in all the editing I need to do!

Sneaky Business and Sales Tactics

Comments: Poor. I had difficulty seeing the audio track and the options which seem very limited on the free trial version.

Pros:

The software was clunky and difficult to use. There were few options, and it was visually not intuitive. Having used other editing software that was simple and intuitive, I was very disappointed. Additionally, I was trying the software out to see if I wanted to use it long term. The free version's download page did not openly note that one cannot use it in the free version to edit a video longer than 60 seconds, so now they refuse to give me access to my 2hour video without paying for a different version. This should have been on the download page or as part of the notice when downloading. Instead, I have wasted hours of time and they will not release the video I have worked on. This is poor business and a sneaky sales tactic.

Not intuitive and sneaky sales tactic. If they want happy customers, perhaps being upfront would be a good start.

movavi editor is the most productive video editor i have come across i have seen and worked with the most difficult programs but still this one is the most user friendly and usable program video editor i have ever used, the simple fact that the face blur motion tracking is so easy to use is one of the best features that is there even on Premier pro it is like i can say it is a manual setting where movavi does the face blur and the motion tracking for you

I was looking for a solution to prevent the vibration in my video. Movavi Video Editor solved my problem and worked very well for me. The interface is simple and user-friendly. It is also fast. I was thinking of purchasing a lifetime subscription

There is nothing I don't like about this program yet. I am very new to the program, but I am sure that even if there is a negative situation, the development team will support it and are open to suggestions.

Easy to use, even for a beginner!

Pros:

As someone who casually likes to edit videos, this software is great! Recently I visited a concert which I wanted to make a small private aftermovie from, which I could upload to Instagram. I just selected the right format, picked the right files and with a bit of easy editing I had a nice video!

Cons:

As a negative, I would have to say that I was not able to change a video in landscape mode to portrait mode. So I was not able to use the videos, even though I wanted to. Which was quite a bummer. Next to that I would like to have a transition whereby the video and sound overlap each other and 1 of the other slowly fades away.

Pros:

I loved how the platform is easy to use. There are a lot of different options and ways to adjust both video and audio. I would definitely continue to use this in the future for video editing. I love the different image filters, transitions available, and options for editing within the timeline for both audio and video tracks. High quality video with the amount of options available; there is potential to do even more once you are more familiar with the software. The exporting/rendering feature is simple to use as well, with many options but not too complex of options to figure out. The exporting was fast and the quality came out how it said it would according to the settings. I would definitely recommend using this as a beginning to video editing and also as a more advanced user, who can best utilize the wide variety of options/settings that is available to choose from. This is great for any future video editing projects that you have and very simple to use.

Cons:

The only downside is that there is not a subscription option per project, only yearly available. I don't have an ongoing need to use this software but would like to have the option to subscribe when needed.

Comments: I had an editing to do as fast as possible, and I saw an ad about Movavi. So I tried and was amazed by the simplicity of the use of Movavi, which permitted me to finish the editing very fast. It was a good surprise.

I really appreciated this software. I am a beginner at video editing, but Movavi was easy to get the hang of. It took me only a few minutes to get used to the different features. It is very intuitive and there is no lag, which is very valuable.

Cons:

Actually, the only thing that disappointed me was the fact that there is a watermark on the video. I wish I had known that before spending hours at editing. Unfortunately, I can't afford the premium version, that's why it bothers me a little bit.

Movavi Video Editor for Windows is one of the best video editing software I've ever used. It's very simple, has a very fluid experience, several options for effects and is very, very easy to edit videos. I was very satisfied and didn't find anything that was bad about it. Of course, like all good software, it is paid; in the free version, the video has a watermark advertising the software. It's definitely worth it for anyone who needs a video editor.

Pros:

What I like most is that everything is in its place, the short and to the point tutorial allows you to quickly understand what the program is all about. It took me less than an hour to create my first video for my cousin's birthday, and this is my first adventure with creating a video. I also like the ready-made animations, music, effects, everything is at your disposal, from photo editing to final film processing.

Cons:

The price is quite high in my opinion, but looking at it from the other side. The price is adequate to what things are offered to us at a specific price.
