Comments: Stems One and Comply One are great platforms, value for money, and the customer support is second to none.

Pros:

Some of the positives with Stems is the friendly and professional customer support, nothing is too much trouble and they are always prompt in their response to assist and support when needed. Also the ability to utilise and customise Stems to suit the needs of your organisation.

Cons:

Is a little clunky and involved in some areas, of which I believe partly contributes to Users shying away from it, particularly in our type of business, an SME Jobbing Shop where the leadership are skilled tradespersons and not too handy with the use of computers/technology.

Pros:

The single best feature about STEMS is the quality of their service. You can email and get a response withing minutes or speak with [sensitive content hidden] and senior decision makers in the business. This highly responsive service and honesty is unparalleled by other offerings.

Comments: Overall decent user experience

Pros:

Captures quite a bit of information. All cloud and web based, no software install

Cons:

Getting reporting out of Stems is a little tricky, you need to play around with it a lot and learn as you go

Onboarding with STEMS software

Comments: To date the experience has been a positive one. There is a lot to learn when engaging with the STEMS three software modules, however you become aware of common functionality and process and overal approach with all three modules when you start using them.

Pros:

The dashboard features are a great visual impact and create a quick oversight on Risk and Compliance related features

Cons:

The LMS One software package and creating surveys. The way in which surveys are created and designed could be improved to be a more structured process

Great System

Pros:

The ease of use and visibility of data makes daily tasks super simple. The immediate support, features and small details ensure I can load data, tasks and perform investigations easily.

Cons:

LMS One definitely needs a few more updates but it's almost there

STEMS, Comply One, LMS One

Pros:

STEMS and Comply One are very easy to use, the Support staff are fantastic they respond and solve any queries you may have promptly.Looking forward to getting LMS One setup for our compliance training.

Cons:

For what our company uses STEMS for I'm happy with the database, the Support staff readily accept any suggestions for improvement.

Good way of identifying safety hazards

Great product and excellent support

Pros:

The incident management features make investigating incidents much easier, the dashboards and registers provide an easy to view overall snapshot of our company's safety performance and its an all round great software solution.

Cons:

Certain form building processes are counterintuitive so take awhile to get used to, but anytime we get stuck Stems support are able to assist almost immediately, they are also very quick to adapt the software if we have suggestions on improving efficiency or useability.

Comments: This is a wonderful product and the integration between Comply One, Stems, and LMS One is fantastic

Pros:

The product is easy to use and the support we get from Stems (especially [sensitive content hidden]) is fantastic :)

Cons:

I would love to see an organisational chart feature where it shows the organisational chart in full and we are able to click on each depart and it shows all workers from senior management to workers

A reliable, solid system devoid of glitches.

Comments: Event management, action recording and tracking are the main functions we use, would like to use more and this will happen when we integrate it with other platforms we use.

Pros:

Excellent customer support and feedback. STEMs regularly reviews feedback from clients and work on continuous improvement of its functionality and use.

Cons:

Set reporting options gives insufficient analysis opportunities.

Excellent System

Comments: I really enjoy using and populating this system. it's used daily and helps with keeping staff on track with training and license compliance.

Pros:

How simply and self-managed this system is. And Super-fast customer service.

Cons:

Linking certificates to training. Maybe a drag and drop option, would make it easier.

Lots of features for a small / mid size business

Pros:

The package is easy to use and has a lot for the price. It allows a fair amount of customisation that some other more expensive packages do not have. The user interface flows well and the form builder in Comply One is not difficult to master.

Cons:

There are some limits to the customisation and features available. I am used to more expensive / larger packages that had report builders and/or the ability to save multiple custom views that could be set up and saved for reporting.

Comments: Overall I enjoy STEMS. I have reached out to the support team to advise that I require further training to take full advantage of the platform however my availability has been the issue to date. the STEMS team are ready when I am. I have a personal frustration because the platform is paid per user we have limited users on the program so I do have to double up a lot of my work so that other parts of the business can get a copy. Again, this is an internal issue.
I would also like further training on whether some of our existing programs can be integrated with STEMS.

Pros:

I feel we are still only scratching the surface of the capability of the STEMS program. Currently we use the Injury Management section the most. I like how the information is stored and is easy access. The injury reporting enables an easy TRIFR report process. We are also storing our training documents but have only touched on this. I would like to have a notation section under the employee folder to notate when employee's are attending training sessions. This may be available.

Cons:

Sometimes there is a lot of information to upload when an injury first takes place. The option to do a bulk upload would assist greatly! Currently each file needs to be uploaded individually.

Stems overall

Comments: Its a document register we use, I am sure there is a lot more things we could use it for. But dont know how to use them. Perhaps a quick weekly tool tip could pop up when you first log in to show how to use certain things

Pros:

I can see a employee's training, licenses and all tabs for that person. I like the new update of dragging documents directing for attaching

Cons:

I dont like I cant see archived records anymore. I would like our litmos system to be able to communicate with STEMS so that it will attach training records directing to a profile.

STEMS in a mid sized Drilling Company work well.

Comments: STEMS meets our needs, is easy to use and is good value for money.

Pros:

STEMS has a clean and easy to access interface. It is highly customisable to our needs. A lot of changes/customisation can be made by ourselves without third parties involved. The control over permissions and access is excellent and can be very specific. Logging of training is easy . The reporting functions meets all our needs.

Cons:

A user level interface to import data from other data bases is missing.

Comments: This is a great product for any business to have. Take the time to set it up correctly and the benefits will role from there.

Pros:

STEMS software is easy to use and understand. As it is linked across many fields within the software tracking incidents, training and assets is made a lot easier.

Good Safety Management Platform With Development Opportunity

Comments: Increased safety management (incident reporting, identifying trends, maintaining training records).

Pros:

Quite user friendly, logical, great support guides, ease of flow between sections, customizable and opportunity for development.

Cons:

Forms could be more customizable, search feature is not very broad, if text in search bar does not match description 100% item will not show.

Comments: Overall very happy. As a small business with high end customers, who expect us to maintain and provide excellent reporting and records, it meets our requirements very well - without the huge cost of similar software that we investigated prior to choosing Stems.

Pros:

Training & Customer Support provided has been excellent. Very quick and efficient to resolve any problems

Cons:

Software can be a little challenging to move around in and remember the step to complete tasks, however this is probably due to not enough time (on our part) being allocated to the software.

Amazing customer support

Comments: Amazing customer service and fast responses and help whenever we need it.

Pros:

The auditor loves how we can just bring up all incidents, the investigations and the outcomes/actions from them and it helps us manage our ISO accreditations.

Cons:

If you move from one page to the next when entering an incident without saving all the entry is deleted - an auto save when you went to the next page would be helpful.
