Overall it is a good software but needs some improvement.

Comments: With Customer Alliance, we can easily follow what happens in our hotels. We can so the necessary steps for investments and create a strategy for review distribution.

Pros:

Easy to use and the support is flexible. The cooperation with Tripadvisor, Holiday Check and Google is great.

Cons:

The review post on Facebook appears with a strange picture we would like to personalize it. Some kinds of statistics are missing.

Comments: trusted feedback from our guest , and using the app on our hotel website to show our guest our quality performances up to date

Pros:

good reports , easy to use , also with our guest whom subbasement comment there comment that the App it easy to use and it is clear

Cons:

it is only working on PC will be better is you create an app working on the smart phones for us as hoteliers to follow our guest reviews at any time no need to wait until i back to my office to see

Great Support

Comments: I have been able to solve many problems of my clients due to the good use of the system

Pros:

Very easy to use I would like to integrate with our Power BI to be able to have more data from my clients and also with our CRM so that all comments are recorded in the CRM in each guest

Cons:

Every day [SENSITIVE CONTENT] shows me something new to implement in our daily use

We seemed to get more reviews than before

Comments: More reviews and especially more on Trip Advisor.

Pros:

The fact that it generates more reviews. It encourages clients, or at least reminds them, to write a review on a site of their choice.

Cons:

It is a bit expensive for us but in all honesty the positive aspects of Customer Alliance outweigh the negative aspects (of which there is only one: cost)

It is a great plataform to manage guest reviews

Comments: I can administrate properly our guest reviews and follow up with my team

Pros:

It is very easy to use, I receive email and just go in and reply to my guests, it is also easy to enter different channels, such as Google, trip Advisor, etc

Cons:

It is confussing for the guest when doing a review, it is not clear if 1 is great or not and same with 5. I have received reviews where guest is very happy on his comments but on the scale it only gives us ones.

Boosted our performance!

Comments: It helps us to get better position on Tripadvisor and once we did we got more reservations thru them so we made more revenue

Pros:

It have been very helpful to increase our Tripadvisor position, and to keep the company focused on the costumer.

Cons:

That i i can´t answer to a review on CA and it automatically get posted on the site the review came from.

Perfect to automatize Hotel communication with guests

Comments: If you are looking to improve the pre/after-stay communication with your guests, CA is very good solution. Simple set up, templates ready to use, integration with external platforms to increase reputation (TripAdvisor/Google, etc).

Pros:

It is easy to set up, they help you with the integration with your own CMS. Customer support is excellent. You can automatize your reviews, ease the check-in and check-out process for guests, send emails during the stay to check if everything is running smoothly.

Cons:

You still need to buy a CRM to manage your sales communication, it helps with the pre and after-stay communication.

Great software, some upgrade would be even greater.

Comments: Prices and reviews good owerview.

Pros:

Easy to use. It would be great if some upgrades regarding price would be added. Revenue management; Would be good that we do not have to buy 4th system (PMS, Channel manager, Customer Allinace + revenue management system) could be all in Customer alliance

Cons:

Some upgrades; f.e. that would recommend you the price according to competiton. Maybe more automatic function. It is nothing I like least.

Pros:

I can see all the reviews from other pages like trip advisor and booking.com or others in one window

Cons:

That i have to write all the adresses and names of my guests , but that is necessary in order to make it work.

Comments: très facile de s'abonner mais il est plus difficiles de se désabonner

Aucuns, j ai gardé cette application pendant pas mal de temps sans en voir un réel résultat .une belle interface mais du vent derrière ..

pas d'inconvénient en particulier, c'est juste couteux et inutile..

Comments: Pessima, perchè a distanza di 4 mesi devo cambiare il portale dopo tanto lavoro di inserimento dei dati perchè non si interfaccia con un programma di gestione. Collegamento garantito solo al momento della firma del contratto... ma non nella realtà.

Pros:

La facilità dell'utilizzo del portale, nonostante sia necessario molto lavoro. Il cliente gradisce le interfacce.

Cons:

Assistenza inesistente, garantita l'interfaccia con il gestionale presente in hotel a distanza di 4 mesi ancora non sono riusciti a procedere al collegamento non stante le infinite chiamate, Non si riesce mai ad avere un contatto diretto con i programmatori. le informazioni fornite dal call center inadeguate.

Comments: J ai demandé la suspension de ce service pendant la crise sanitaire, notre établissement étant fermé.
Notre demande a ete refusée; 100% de facturation pour un service inapplicable.
Une honte .

Impossible de l apprécier. Service inutilisable pendant la période de crise sanitaire
