I can't say enough about ClearPathGPS!!! It has been so helpful knowing where an employee is!

Comments: Being able to dispatch service guys to a location close to where they are.

Pros:

Knowing where our employees are for emergency calls. The weekly report I get to help with time cards.

Cons:

Haven't found anything yet that I have disliked about the software. The weekly report I get is alittle hard to read. The time from when they left a job to when they get to the next job is a little hard to understand.

Comments: Whenever I have an issue they are always available to assist and correct in the quickest way possible. Everyone I have spoken with is always kind and helpful.

Pros:

The ease of using ClearPath from the beginning has been wonderful. It was easy to set up, installation into the vehicles was quick, and they checked in every step of the way to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Cons:

I am not sure if it is an issue with our trucks or the trackers, but occasionally the techs vehicles will go into an idle mode and remain there.

Great management tool, cuts privacy

Pros:

Great software to keep track of company's vehicles, suitable for small-business application. Live and reliable data analysis.

Cons:

The software and business model bases on data acquisition and therefore cuts employee's privacy.

Comments: Great experience with service, support and the website

Pros:

We have many different divisions and managers. The ability to track, assign and follow up with the team is like hitting the easy button.

Cons:

There are not 'CONS" with this program and the support. Works well enough for our purposes.

Great tracker system

Comments: Great product and although we haven't had it for long seems to work very well.

Pros:

Product seems reliable and great support team, based in the USA

Cons:

Needs a few more features added. Units stick out from the OBD port and sometimes can get kicked out by mistake.

Comments: This solved managing and tracking our assets across the US.

Pros:

I loved the dashboard and ease of use. As soon as I started working with the product, I could see it was designed well.

Cons:

It is difficult to hide the device, since we don't want these seen for our customers. However, I would say that what I liked least was being unable to see or understand the status of the device when plugging in. Our drivers would be notified the GPS was unplugged, and would resecure without knowing for sure if it was working. This involved more calls to me.

Comments: The experience has been extremely positive. Our representative is always accessible and readily available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Pros:

The website is very easy to navigate and offers the capability to document all vehicle maintenance through both the app and the website.

Cons:

One aspect I liked least about ClearPathGPS is the occasional lag in real-time tracking updates, which can delay access to the most current vehicle locations. Additionally, certain advanced features could be more intuitive and easier to navigate.

Comments: Overall, having 32 units on GPS has helped a lot with harvest. Knowing where each piece of equipment is, is a plus. Even in the winter. When equipment is parked on different farms. Not having to guess where they are parked is awesome as well.

Pros:

Technical support team is always easy to work with.

Cons:

Least like would be the app crashing once in awhile.

Comments: I have had a great experience with ClearPath. Super helpful from support. Any problem we had with our trackers they were able to send us a new tracker in no time.

Pros:

Great support! The support team is super responsive to any email that we send.

Cons:

I would like to see more of an intuitive dashboard when logging into ClearPath.

Comments: The customer service is beyond phenomenal... They are amazing to work with any time there is an issue can be solved very timely manner.

Pros:

Being able to monitor our companies assets and locations due to theft in the construction industry.

Cons:

There honestly isnt anything bad that I can actually say bad about the products

Great Fleet Tracking Software

Comments: Overall the program and its features are good. We’ve just started using the vehicle maintenance portion of it so we’ll see how well this works in the near future

Pros:

The software for the most part is easy to use and does a great job of tracking our fleet. The customer service is awesome and very attentive.

Cons:

We use the dash cams and getting video footage is cumbersome. It would be nice if you could scan through the video footage more easily and get larger chunks of video footage. As it stands now you can only look at one minute increments so if you don’t know the time of day your looking for it makes it very difficult to find what your looking for. As far as cost I’m not sure how it compares to other companies but it does seem a bit high for what it does.

Best GPS by Far!

Comments: When we have bumps in the road we reach out and they respond and assist. We are 2 years in and service is consistent.

Pros:

No contracts and the program actually works. We have used GPS for 10 years, at least 5 different systems and most had the issue of reports not working properly or stop working. ClearPath is not the cheapest, though the last time we tried a cheaper company we got what we paid for. The reports work and the map and geozones are great! The set up was easy, time is money so this was important.

Cons:

Nothing really, they do not have a way to build customer alerts but they took the time and made the alert for us. Customer service is definitely present.

Best customer service

Pros:

The updated platform is easy to use and customer service has always been on point.

Cons:

A login feature with more controlled access would be helpful. We did find some issues when implementing the new cameras that took some time to work out.

Great Vehicle Tracking, Exceptional Customer Service

Pros:

Vehicle tracking is the most important. Knowing driving speed and being alerted when the OBD tracker is disconnected is also critical. Customer Service is fantastic, quick and helpful.

Cons:

Incorporating a quick view when toggling over vehicles to display various info would be nice, such as odometer, service indicator for oil life %. How often the odometer reading for each vehicle has to be updated manually often. Engine / Warning light notifications and reading require the 'pro' account.

Great Service and Customer Service

Comments: ClearPath and the customer service has always been great! Whenever I have an issue, it is never hard to reach a member of customer service!

Pros:

I like that I have the ability to see where all of my company vehicles are. I also like the ability to track milage, services, and vehicle dashboard messages.

Cons:

The only thing that could be improved is the milage tracker. Every time I conduct a vehicle inspection and update it on the admin page, the millage is normally off by a few hundred miles.
