Improved our selling process

Comments: With ClosePlan, I get a great view of what I need to do to close the deal.

Pros:

ClosePlan is a great salesforce app. Fast and easy install. Very easy to use with very little training. Very helpful in the enterprise selling process. Org chart builder and the deal scorecard are amazing. I can recommend.

Cons:

Not much comes to mind. The app is stable and does what is claims to do.

The best Sales Manager!

Pros:

The finest tool I've found for measuring sales representative productivity, key performance indicators, and metrics. The Interface and design are simple to understand. Have the capacity to go further into the transactions that salespeople are working on and the contacts with whom they have developed ties. It gives ideas on what to do next and is among the most valuable assets in helping us attain our objective. We  can see if we need to make additional calls for the day or if we are missing certain meetings by utilizing People.ai. It also gives our staff some insight into what works and what does not work individually.

Cons:

Call data can take a day or two to reveal the correct amount of calls; it is preferable if the report can be done in real time. Overall, I believe People.ai. is nearly ideal, especially now that the majority of the employees of the company work from home.

cool to see where I am spending my time

Pros:

People.ai makes it easy to see where I'm spending most of my time especially when I can lose track of time.

Cons:

People.ai isn't used enough by my team, I am not sure why but I would like to see it more, like a daily report.

Can recommend it!

Pros:

Great tool. Easy to use. Makes it easy to build customer maps in Salesforce. The tool is helpful in customer alignment. Working for a large enterprise software company, this tool is a must-have. I can definitely recommend.

Cons:

Not much to say here. Really nothing. Very useful. The relationships map I like most.

Pros:

The ability to track activity in salesforce is super simple.

Cons:

Learning how to apply it to my job. I have not been able to see how to use the information for my specific role.
