Healthie is an all-in-one practice management platform and EHR designed for health and wellness providers and their clients.
I like the visual appeal - coming from traditional health care system it is a lot less clunky and boring. And it matters because I look at it every day.
Right now the option for classes tied to packages is a bit limited.

I really love the customer support. I have often had trouble with both the application and platform
Pros:
I like that it is HIPAA compliant, allows features to talk with your clients via app, the billing feature is great, and I enjoy the customer service.
Cons:
I think the phone application has a lot of bugs and could be much better; e.g. billing, picture edits to allow for feedback on portions (for example), it seems to crash often with my clients, as well as not offering a whole lot of social networking connection; e.g. having a Healthie RD profile and easy link to promote on IG, twitter or others. I have also had a lot of trouble with the scheduling feature; it's often that it doesn't work or sets up appointment slots that I did not want (initial consult when I need a follow up) even after following the directions.
Comprehensive platform for client care
Comments: Now during COVID, I have never been so thankful to run my practice virtually through Healthie. I didn’t lose a single client during the pandemic, and instead, have been able to reach more people who need care. I can’t recommend the platform more - especially if you are a growing practice and group practice. The time saved and ease of communication with clients will transform your business.
Pros:
Prior to Healthie, I was using multiple tools to try and run my business. On top of that, I was connecting with clients using many different apps - it was a nightmare trying to provide tailored support to every client. With Healthie, I now have everything I need in one place - and I can access my account from anywhere, including my phone. The mobile app is a lifesaver. Plus, my clients love working together through Healthie. I’ve been able to provide professional, and secure, virtual care for my clients thanks to Healthie.
Cons:
There are even more features that I’d like to see, but the team releases new updates so regularly.
Healthie Review
Comments: Overall, if you have the ability and know-how to set up an EMR platform completely on your own healthie is great! Do not expect to get support from the customer service team. There is not a "person" you are able to talk to, only email communication so if you have an issue you are at the mercy of their non-responsive team.
Pros:
The features I like the most about healthie are the HIPAA compliance/patient portal. I also like that the platform is all in one, EMR, portal, faxing, with some lab integration although this is still building.
Cons:
The customer service is absolutely awful. I wasted a great deal of time and money trying to get this platform set up. The customer service team would not respond to questions/concerns for sometimes a week or more at a time. This makes it very difficult to run a practice and cost me a ton of money in the beginning. The team also does not like to take accountability for their lack of support.

Improved my practice ten-fold
Comments: Overall I have had an excellent experience with Healthie.
Pros:
Healthie has great customer service. They are adaptable and responsive. They continue to improve the functionality. The organizational level of membership allows for high level activities. The charting notes, programs, billing, superbills and document sharing all streamline my time and energy in my practice.
Cons:
Some people find it less user friendly. It can glitch from time to time.

Comments: Healthie has made it easy for me to stay organized and HIPAA-compliant.
Pros:
I love that Healthie is a "one stop shop" for everything I need (charting, scheduling, document storage, faxing, etc.). The customer service representatives are knowledgeable, polite, and quick to respond.
Cons:
It was a little tricky to navigate at first. I also notice that I don't have a "back" button when I'm in a client's profile, and end up having to start over with what I'm looking for. Although this may have recently been improved.
Great idea but still a work in prigress
Pros:
Ease-of-use from the consumer end, good visuals, able to easily upload, and edit forms,. Intake flow is excellent. Assistance with building forms is also very good.
Cons:
Lots of quirks and bugs, seems to lose connection with my calendar frequently and then patients get scheduled at a time when I’m not available. Patient can’t be in more than one group, or program at the same time, and when you’re running multiple programs simultaneously the patient needs to be in more than one program. No ability to talk one on one or directly with any customer service representative. You have to send an email, and then they will get back to you, usually this is pretty quick lesson one day however sometimes it is longer even when there is a time pressing issue.
Best all in one software
Comments:
My experience with HEALTHIE has been wonderful. I would like a little better support when needing to ask questions but they do eventually get back to you.
I would also like to see an automatic review section so that clients can do a review once their appt is over.
Pros:
The scheduling, charting, billing all in one is the perfect combo.
Cons:
I would like to see the Care Plan feature be a bit more friendly for alternative health users.
Awesome EHR
Comments: It is a wonderful system

The system is super user friendly. It is a quick and easy format to communicate with patients.

Doesn't Fit
Pros:
I've been looking for scheduling and EHR software that was HIPPA compliant and was told by few nutritionists that it is great.
Cons:
The platform tells you that it's for massage therapists as well as other practitioners, BUT you have to invoice the clients. That will not work for massage therapy practices.
Gets expensive quickly
Comments: I'm not thrilled with Healthie, especially with this new charge. My employees like Healthie, and it makes their job easier - although it makes my job harder as admin.
Pros:
I like that Healthie has a lot of automation features and makes client management easier.
Cons:
If you're a growing business, Healthie gets expensive quickly. I just added our third practitioner, which was a surprise that it would add $50/month ($600 year) and we're now up to $200/month ($2400 year). For a small business with independent contractors, that's a lot of money and I don't feel like what Healthie provides is worth it. The calendar is not intuitive, admin settings are not all-inclusive, and we still have so many questions. Some of our questions have been answered by 1:1 calls with our account managers, and some have been through the help desk, but neither option are very adept at explaining solutions in a thorough way to someone just learning the system. One issue that I was told was a special option that could be done through the help desk took 7 emails from me to get it set up and now it looks terrible - not at all how it was described to me. It's frustrating.
Streamlined functionality in a clean, easy-to-navigate platform.
Comments: A charting and scheduling tool in one, plus patient management & companion app. Clean, easy-to-navigate platform. Healthie also offers useful customer support and business resources to their subscribers.
Pros:
Healthie is intuitive! Especially when running your own company, you don't have time to spend 20 hours learning to navigate a platform. Healthie has clear navigation, buttons, and tools, both on the provider side as well as the client/customer side and interface. In addition, Healthie's customer support and provider support is second to none. Healthie offers webinars, bootcamps, and useful blog posts as well as guides and manuals free to their subscribers. They really care about helping dietetic entrepreneurs succeed in their businesses by improving their marketing, outreach, and efficiency. Their customer support team is also easily accessible both electronically by email or chat, and by phone. Their responses are prompt and thorough. Healthie has been a very smart investment for my growing business, and I would recommend it to any of my colleagues.
Cons:
I would recommend any provider test the telehealth functionality on their personal devices prior to any first meeting with a real client, to ensure they are comfortable with the platform, journal entries, how to chart, and ways to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. As with any new technology, there may be personal learning curves to overcome, until you are comfortable with the telehealth platform. That being said, with any issues that have arisen in my experience with the platform, Healthie's support team has been very prompt and accessible, and were able to resolve the issue quickly and effectively with minimal impact on productivity.

One Stop Shop for all my Solo-Preneur Needs
Comments: This is my number one most important investment in regards to the daily functioning of my business. This online space is essentially my office while working from home!
Pros:
The constumer support is by far #1 reason why I love Healthie. They are always there with quick answers to questions and from my experience, are quick on the draw to fix bugs and make new updates! The second most important reason why I love Healthie is that it covers all of the needs of my coaching business from payments and programs to scheduling and document signing.
Cons:
I am dying for Programs to be updated. The clients needs to be able to see a spine of the whole program. There needs to be more flexibility in editing modules. Modules should be listed as "Module 1" rather than "Day 1" as it is confusing for the client. I would also love for the app to be more comprehensive and programs be available on the app. It would also be great to be able to integrate email marketing into this system.

Comments: Has saved me a lot of time which is important when running a small business.
Pros:
Everything in one place- charting, billing,client goals, app for meal tracking for clients, etc.
Cons:
Took a little time to get used to using, but that would be the same for all companies. Staff was so helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner. The staff always takes improvement suggestions as well and implements changes to update the software periodically.
Great all-in-one platform!
Pros:
I love that I am able to run my practice when I'm on the go by using the mobile Healthie app. Everything I need to run my business is within this platform (i.e., intake paperwork, charting, billing, messaging, appointment calendar, videoconferencing, etc.). My clients absolutely love the chat and photo food journaling features. They also love that all information entered into the system is secure.
Cons:
Sometimes the videoconference feature does not work on my desktop (i.e., I cannot hear the client, or vice versa), however, I am able to switch to using my cell phone to complete the session.
Healthie Platform
Comments: Overall experience with Healthie is that it is a very user friendly platform and I am comfortable using it with clients knowing that they are going to understand and benefit from the platform too.
Pros:
I like that this software is easy to use and easy to explain to clients how to use the different functions and navigating the platform.
Cons:
I don't think there is anything that I currently like least about the platform, it is a huge improvement from the previous platform that I was using.
Life & Business Changer!
Pros:
Easy to navigate for practitioners and patients. I love how you can customize forms and give patients access to different levels of support/care. My newest favorite thing about Get Healthie is that my monthly follow up charting automatically pulls over my notes from the last appointment so I can see what we talked about without having to swap between screens.
Cons:
The ONLY minor dislike I have is that it must be a data heavy program because it can run very slow from time to time. The most recent update did increase the speed a bit though!
The ideal software to maintain your health.
Comments: It has allowed me to keep in touch with my nutritionist, it is an ideal software for our communication.
Pros:
It can be used easily and intuitively, you don't need to be an expert, and you can use it from the phone comfortably, it has excellent tools and offers webinars and blog posts that are really useful to their subscribers, it allows the ideal communication between the nutritionist and his patient. Their customer support is is friendly and attentive.
Cons:
The software is a bit heavy and sometimes has some errors that don't allow you to carry out the actions properly. It's expensive.
I enjoy using the Healthie App and i've had success with it
Pros:
I like how many features it has and how it incorporates a lot of systems into one software. I like how it allows people to keep track of their own journaling and logging, no more paper work to keep track of.
Cons:
I wish the calendar had more options almost like calendly or schedule once. I wish there was more guidance for patients on how to use the app when they get started and log in.

The customer service and ability to have everything integrated into one platform. I love the journal that allows clients to easily log everything
Cons:
It does take some time to get use to and figure out exactly how to navigate everything. Sometimes I wish the way you upload an already created document was easier and can be done without asking for support
Excellent practice management platform
Comments: Healthie is a fantastic tool for dietetics practice management and educating future dietetics practitioners.
Pros:
Ease of use and great customer service.
Cons:
Some options and functionality can be tricky to locate, but the support staff respond very quickly.
It is a very low quality product with poor customer support.
Pros:
The look of the platform is very appealing with pretty colors but don't be fooled. The attractiveness of software is not reflected in its usability.
Cons:
This product offer terrible customer support. There are no phone numbers to call anyone to get your questions answered. When you use the live chat the simply send you links to their help page over and over again. Good luck trying to speak to a real person. Additionally, the software will not work if you see children in your practice because it give children less than one year the age of zero. I was told this feature would be fixed for several months and so paid and waited for the feature but it never happened and I just found out there is no intention for them to create that feature. Such a waste of both time and money.
My experience was very pleasant and the staff is always willing to assist.

The software is very client/patient friendly and includes all age groups. I love that the staff has no problem helping you with any tutorials and keeping you informed of any updates.
Cons:
Software can be difficult if you are not tech savory but Healthie helps guide you through the steps.
Login issues
Comments: Frustrating!
Pros:
uploading is easy and filling out the information.
Cons:
The problem I have is that every time I try to login it tells my login is incorrect when it is not so each time I have to reset password to get in.....not user friendly. then when I look to contact them to tell them about it there is no contact us anywhere.
I think the platform is one of the easiest I have come across. Cust. Serv. is superb!
Comments: So far, it is helping me look and feel more professional with my company. I believe it will help leverage my company especially when my website goes live. I will be curious when I add in the group coaching call to the platform. I need to figure out how to get my current clients on board to see how easy it is to share information with me.
Pros:
It's easy, user friendly and straight forward. I have been through 3 EMR platforms at my last clinic and they only seem to get worse for efficiency.
