Realtime Easy to Use OEE Improvement Tool
Comments: Excellent Tool, Simple Continuous Improvement Hands-On Training, Great In-Person Support.
Pros:
Redzone gave us the ability to unlock capacity by accelerating efficiency and shrink improvements using real time data, simple continuous improvement tools, and easy to use iPad/Apple based technology. Our plant achieved 65% OEE in the first 90 days. We were able to achieve in days what typically takes months thanks to Redzone.
Cons:
That we didn't make the decision to implement and launch sooner.
Redzone implementation review for Fresh CVenture Foods
Comments: Our implementor from Redzone did an amazing job and overcame language barriers. She also really understood our processes which made everything go well. Thank you [sensitive content hidden]!
Pros:
It is a great communication tool. I use the "Translate with Google" feature quite a bit.
Cons:
I think we are a difficult area/location to get to and service. There were issues with scheduling in the beginning but it worked out fine.
Maximize efficiency
Comments: Productivity is the only problem we use redzone for its it works great shows trends and real time data information on production numbers.
Pros:
Redzone is a great way to promote competition among employees we constantly are trying to beat each hour and the previous shift the real time productivity tracking shows us how we are doing allowing me to figure out when and where we can improve
Cons:
It has some glitches. In all fairness it could be the sensors not the program. But it can be a pain to get back online when it does stop working.

Redzone gets an A+++
Comments: Our experience has been amazing. Everyone from sales to coaching has been nothing short of creating an experience for us. Not just a job to them.
Pros:
Saco Foods prides ourselves in the programs we've implemented over the years to help employees feel engated, food safety, food quality and overall systems. My position involves Supplier Approval Programs so I have toured many facilities, and starting seeing Redzone pop up. I was intrigued. In further research I felt it was a great program to implement. We had no idea how great it would be. One of the most meaningful benfits of Redzone is the operator engagement. Putting all savings aside (and we have seen a 54% increase in OEE), our employees feel a part of the program and the company. They take ownership in themselves and in the company. People care and want you to know that, and they want to feel they're a productive part of the process. We cannot say enough good things about Redzone.
Cons:
I have literally sat here and thought about how to answer this for 10 minutes. I come up with absolutely nothing. There have been no downsides from our experience!
Redzone is Great for the Quality systems coordinator
Comments: when i communicate with the shop floor staff, i find the translation function very useful because not everyone understands english and the app can help me translate in to thai language. i like the action management interface i can see and catch up with all my daily task
Pros:
i enjoy using redzone and i find it very easy and quick to do my daily inspection task. Redzone also makes very easy for me to connect within my department, we can share pictures and videos and messages and all work related messages.
Cons:
Sometime i think is confusing to understand all the functions within the app. sometime when internet is not stable it affects my job.
Paperless journey for the Engineering administrator
Comments: Before Redzone, I used to spend a lot of time manually inputting data from sheets of paper into our Excel files. This was a very administrative and time-consuming task. Now, all the necessary checks are being filled and submitted via Redzone. I have full visibility of the paperwork, including when it was completed and the pass/fail status of the checks. I can better use my time on other tasks. Redzone has also helped me save time on managing work orders much more efficiently.
Pros:
We are now paperless because of Redzone. I find the admin app very easy to use, and I can manage all my settings. Changes can be applied quickly, and I can also see the log of changes that I have made.
Cons:
Redzone is not available on PC and i can only use ipad to access the main app.
Redzone is a very useful tool for the confectionary manufactures in thailand
Comments: we can retrieve data so much quicker than before and we are now a paperless factory. we no longer need to use a photo camera to take and upload photos and attach to documents and the whole QA process is much quicker and we can utilise our time elsewhere.
Pros:
i like redzone because i find many different modules that i can explore and play around. the application can translate to many different language this help our staff where english is not their first language.
Cons:
when we are uploading photos and videos, we can not select multiple items, we can only do it one at a time, this is time consuming. when we are designing the data sheet scheduling triggers, we can only set up one at a time.
Engineering and maintenance manager user review
Comments:
We are now 80% paperless within the engineering department, i used review 30 paper documents per day and now i can just use my ipad.
Redzone allows me to see all live information of all the production lines and i can give support to where it's needed.
Pros:
Redzone has many functions, such as productivity and reliability and compliance and learning. the systems helps us to use the ipad to completed checklist and documentations and makes data retrieval very easy. i find the app interface very user friendly.
Cons:
Because it has so many different features, i feel it can get confusing to get used to at the start. i also discovered that some of the translation is missing for the Thai language. i would like to see more inventory management features and as well as project management.
only 1 month of usege and i can't live without it
Comments: i now have full visibility of the site wide maintenance task and we just finishing setting up centerline setting for machine changeovers. this function allows us to ensure the correct settings has been applied to each machine and makes changeover more effective.
Pros:
I find Redzone very easy to use. i am the main user of the maintenance module, i use the maintenance dashboard for my daily overview of PM task. i can see what task has been completed and what task requires my attention and i can communicate directly with my team and help them resolve the problems promptly.
Cons:
i find the centerline function very limited it doesn't allow flexibility such as data sheets where i can save the datasheet and resume when i completed my task.

Comments: Redzone is improving communication on our site, problems being more visible and solved faster and in more effective way, total records compliance, easy evidencies for audits purposes. very good experience and learnings with Redzone coach.

Great visual and communication tool
Comments: Redzone has enabled us to focus on the key areas of downtime. the aiblity of uploading photos and videos at the time of the incident and able to help to identify the root cause of the problems more efficently. The actions has helped enginers to keep tracks of current tasks that they are working on and allowing smoother handover between shifts. so they are aware what tasks are outstanding.
Pros:
The ability to analyse data more readly, i like the visibility of the overall factory performance, OEE and downtime trends. the communication aspect of redzone is a lot more efficient easily accessible by all departments.
Cons:
the limitation now is that we can only upload 1 photo at a time. and also not able to upload stored videos. i would like the ability the search in the log. i would like to see the timeline of checks filled alone the production runs.

Essential tool for going paperless
Comments: "Simplicity" will get the job done and that is Redzone is all about..
Pros:
The ability to launch and review every packaging machine performance (OEE) on the palm of your hands. Also, from Compliance, Reliability, & Productivity checks, paperless!
Cons:
When reviewing the tableau that is sent out through email. When you click on it, it takes a long time to upload (the circle of death).
Redzone provides benefit to embrace changes to our work place
Comments: since Redzone has been installed, we have seen great efficiency improvements. Inter departmental communication has improved greatly and accountability of actions is available for everyone to see.
Pros:
i think it's real time, live information and very interactive. i can access downtime trend, historical production run data and giving us a chance to make real improvements.
Cons:
at the moment, we can not search the line log which mean we have to scroll through pages of information. we can only view by attachments. i am also not able to upload a pre recorded video, i can only upload a live one.
Stay green in the Redzone!

The implementation of Redzone has had a massive, positive impact on our business. Being able to easily see problem areas within your manufacturing processes is a game changer.

In fact, I think [sensitive content hidden] made such a huge difference, and anyone who is lucky enough to have [sensitive content hidden] as their coach, will see a rapid transformation from their staff.
Pros:
The ease of use, and visual representation of the downtime. It makes it clear to every user the impact downtime has on our business.
Cons:
Only being able to use Apple products. Being able to use Android devices would have given us much more options.
Great product but very expensive
Comments:

is extremely knowledgeable about the products, she understands manufacturing environments very well, and she is very responsive when we reach out for help. [sensitive content hidden]
did a great job overall of helping us get the most out of the platform and making it fit OUR specific needs, AND she is fun and engaging when leading/training the teams.
Pros:
The compliance module is a great tool to for paperless documentation of a broad variety of quality information including photos, videos, text, etc. The timing functions ensure on-time execution of quality checks and new checks are relatively easy to build. There is a great variety of structures/formats for the checks so really any task can be documented thoroughly and efficiently. The downtime communication and tracking, problem tracking, and communication tools (huddles, etc) are pretty effective.
Cons:
Our environment is not a complex, highly automated, highly integrated system. It is fairly simple and therefore the OEE tracking was not very impactful and probably not worth the high cost.
Redzone is like a Time Machine we can go back anytime to view data
Comments: Redozne helped us to understand the correct downtime reasons, the challenges that we have been facing daily, now it's being revealed and there's no hiding from it and we are able to resolve these problems The meeting structure is very helpful and actions get escalated to the correct department and problems gets addressed according.
Pros:
I think Redzone is very easy to use and I can find live information. As an area manager, I can instantly give feedback to my team leaders and help with to resolve any problems on their lines. The line historical data is also widely available.
Cons:
Because we have different shift patterns and the software is flexible to use in different methods, we need to standardise the correct operating procedures and needs to get everyone aligned.
Amazing for
Pros:
Real-Time OEE monitoring. Digital data sheets and interactive checks. Chats between employees and management. Huddle groups and activities.
Cons:
My only gripe is that Redzone is only available on iOS, but this is subjective as I've always been a Microsoft user.
Redzone Compliance has made my job so much easier!
Comments: We have received points on audits in the past due to missing information on paperwork an now Redzone does not allow for these items to be overlooked. I haven't been through an audit yet but i already see where the improvement will lie in completions and sign offs of documentation.
Pros:
I love having all of our quality and production records in one place. It has eliminated tracking down supervisors and ops for missed checks. I also get a lot of calls at home regarding plant issues, having my tablet with Redzone has made it easier to communicate and see what is going on in the plant when I am not on site. The coaching is also great and they are extremely helpful! I will admit when we talked about how much was going to be put into Redzone I was a bit hesitant but with all of our coaching they made it so easy!
Cons:
I am an android user and would like to be able to have the app on my phone instead of having to carry a tablet.

Haven’t really experienced acon woth Redzone so far.
Redzone is so easy to use and we dont need to worry about the skills of the operators.
Comments: before Redzone, when team leaders have problems on their downtime they would have difficult to explain, after using redzone all the line information is easily accessible and managers can help to plan the shift accordingly. Redzone has helped us to see where we are throughtout our production run and we can make better decisions based on the data.
Pros:
i like redzone because it allows us to see live data, everything single minute of downtime is accounted and we can easily assigned the downtime reason. As operations manager, we can easily see line status on my ipad.
Cons:
i like all features on Redzone and they all serves its purpose, so i have nothing to dislike about Redzone.

Day to day operations of Redzone for a night shift manager
Comments: Managing downtime and great tool to communicate with everyone within the business. When we have a issue on the line, the team leader can easily take a photo and share with the engineer. Problems gets reacted upon quickly and resolve quickly
Pros:
Redzone is giving me live data and allow me to access instant information without any delay. I can have a live overview of all my production lines and I can easily resolve problems when I see a line is in red. I can also monitor the line performance and act upon request.
Cons:
At this moment, I don't have admin permission. I under this is not Redzone, it's our internal policy. Specifically for nights shift.
Running meetings more effectively with Redzone!
Comments: We have always been doing daily production meetings, however with the intgration with redzone. We can run out meetings more effectively. we can use the app to track downtimes instantly and we can create actions to resolve our problems. Before Redzone, these tasks were not tracked and with Redzone we can see the status of each actions,these actions are managed and we can escalte to next level if needed.
Pros:
The app truly gives our front line operators a voice, they can comment, take photos and videos on any downtime issues. we are also creating actions based on downtime. The information is view by everyone, as a supervisor i can oversee all my lines and i can manage them easily. the coaching provided was great and the practice week sessions helped us to understand the systems a lot more so we can prepared for the actual coaching.
Cons:
we are currently in the GMT + 8 and if we have any support related questions, we would need to wait until afternoon for the feedbacks. i hope they can have support office in the far east.
