Quite pleased with Vouchermatic - helped us acquire more customer data, made incentivization easy

Comments: Fantastic support! They also have an option for managed services so everything was taken care of by their team.

Pros:

It was really easy to use. Infact Vouchermatic easily integrated with our existing google forms that we used to capture customer information. So the best part was we didn't need to learn a new tool we continued to use google forms to capture customer data and provide real time incentives via sms.

Cons:

Well at this moment, would be great to have more voucher design options.

Comments: Technical requirements can be complex, Inventrik’s proactive posture has made overcoming technical challenges a much smoother journey overall. Finally a SAAS team that provides warm engagement and were omnipresent throughout the campaign duration

Pros:

The team managing our Vouchermatic campaign were always eager and comprehensive when it came to completing our requests. The myriad of functionalities meant that Vouchermatic has programming to address each and every requirement in our loyalty campaign journey without the need to engage a third party.

Cons:

Can’t think of any offhand, but the campaign onboarding process was done so quickly, they seemed to always be ahead of our schedule!

The seamless integration of a gamification mechanic to our marketing campaign to help increased brand awareness and lead generation.

We had conducted an online Lucky draw in line with a marketing campaign for our customers. Not only was the event successful, but it was made easy from start to finish with the expertise of Inventrik Team.

Easy to set up and use. Customer support was speedy. [sensitive content] were able to understand our requirements well and provide effective/efficient solutions for implementation.

Cons:

Perhaps the design elements were not so appealing. We had to design our own.

A software that gives multiple solutions for data capturing.

Ease of use and customization. Great client support throughout.

There should be more case studies from other users so that there will be more options available to new users.

Great & Simple Tool for On-site Customer Engagement

Pros:

Setup time was short for a simple existing interface customization. Upon start of work, it took last than 2 months to roll out the tool on-site with great support from the team. Process and steps was easy for customer to follow through.

Cons:

Would be better if each individual frame page was customization (i.e., background) and more animation and font customization is possible.

Idle for digitalise voucher

U.I can be better graphic, the button and the "back" function of phone.

Impressive Live Draw at Event

Pros:

Vouchermatic looked fab at our recent event - we used the live lucky draw system and the quality of the images on the large LED screen was impressive as well as the live spin and random winner picker, complete with sound effects!

Cons:

Some improvement to the backend system to make it more user friendly for making changes to the draw pages

Great selection of gaming solutions and prompt replies from account servicing team. But..

Pros:

It's really helpful that the gaming solutions from Vouchermatic is ready to use and highly customizable. The team is also very helpful and respond promptly after receiving feedback to make changes.

Cons:

As we run the same game in different languages, it takes our team quite some time to review and make changes several times as the team doesn't read local languages. But sometimes it's not the texts but the formatting that we need to check thoroughly which I think the team can be more cautious about.

Use Vouchermatic for coupon redemption in the mobile application

Comments: It is good.

Pros:

It fits the coupon redemption logic for our mobile application, the staff is helpful.

Cons:

The coupon redemption is not that stable in our event peak hours, we need to inform Vouchermatic before the fair period to prevent fail redemption.

Vouchermatic for a Digital Festival

Comments: The friendly and helpful team greatly improved the overall time using the app.

Pros:

The gamification aspect of Vouchermatic. The easy and seamless use of scanning the QR codes to collect a stamp.

Cons:

It'll be great if we could have more customisation or perhaps better looking templates and examples could be shared to speed up the design process and understanding of the steps. Also, as our event required a specific font, when applying the font into the app, the team were not able to discern the different font weights, which meant that the troubleshooting took a longer time. Front end developing could be better; the seemingly random spacing alignment made the overall UI not as visually appealing. Also, certain windows or spaces have dimensions that scaled to the copy and it made the overall viewing experience hard to read.

The team behind Vouchermatics have been great in the entire purchase and implementation process. The product meets our requirements so far and the team has been quick to respond to any issues or additional requirements raised.

There a certain aspect of the software that feels cumbersome and awkward to first time administrators and backend users, and require getting used to.
