Pros:

Learning Lab is the ultimate learning platform.

Cons:

The platform is overall good form small businesses to large company's.

A wonderful experience

Comments: We are about to deploy an educational platform for our best customers in order to easily extend their certification. This requested a strong integration with our existing ecosystem.

Pros:

This is the most powerful and at the same time simple to use LMS we found. Is an hybrid between an open source and a SaaS solution. Compatible with the all the most use standards and with an out-of-the-box internal authoring tool. Course and student management is easy and the platform can be customized following your CI guidelines.

Cons:

Nothing at the moment. The initial setup, the customizations and integrations are working as expected.

An LMS that is very friendly to users, trainers and admin staff alike

Comments: We want to enhance our trainees' learning experience by offering the possibility of blended learning on some of our courses. The LMS Lab is offering us a simple, user-friendly way to experiment with blended courses. We are now testing content, formats, quizzes and certification. And so far everyone is happy be they trainees, trainers or course producer (me !)

Pros:

Easily usable both from an end-user (trainee) and admin/trainer perspective; beautiful and streamlined design, easily "brandable"; the fact that we feel we have some leverage on the additional functionalities and features that can be developed is a plus. The excellent and personable relations we have with Penceo marketing, creative and support team.

Cons:

We are still in the process of discovering how to best use the platform. There are a few functionalities that are missing - such as a course assessment form or the possibility to create a discussion forum for the trainees.

Using the LearningLAB LMS to help our NGO

Pros:

I like that it is a really innovative and modern tool, the look and feel of the user platform as well as the administration interface are stunning and really great to work with. The tool is very responsive and very reliable as well. I need to emphasize again the authoring tool, that is the best on the market really.

Cons:

I like everything about the tool, features that need improvement are getting updates very frequently.

the best tailor-made solution

Comments: Overall, I am very happy with the platform and have enjoyed working with it for almost a year.

Pros:

The learning lab is very intuitive and you can create content quickly - it does not take much time to have a good looking lesson! Users have also been satisfied so far and the platform rarely has technical difficulties.But the best thing is clearly the support - personal contacts, quick solutions and top communication.

Cons:

There are not really negative things, but I sometimes wish for more functions and more flexible slide design.

Perfect tailored solution

Comments: We truly work together as a team. They work tirelessly to understand our needs and those of our customers. Our industry is a very unique one with a rigid set of rules for training. Learning Lab have gone over and above in order to get to grips with our industry and interpret our often vague guidelines into something amazing. It's been a lot of fun as well which is actually more important than it sounds. We laugh a lot and enjoy working together.

Pros:

I think the bespoke nature of Learning Lab is what I love most. So many online learnings are the same thing just packaged differently but Learning Lab allows us to create something truly unique. I love how innovative the team there are and how they too are keen to explore ways to push the boundaries and create new things. I also think their dedication to developing our partnership and understanding our needs is important. They truly work with us, not for us and together we are creating some great things.

Cons:

Some of the gamification tools are slightly clunky but I suspect that is because they are new. I know Learning lab constantly improve and update so this will change soon i'm sure.

Fantastic Product owned and run by create people

Comments: Fantastic product, great team. Really exciting new features coming out.

Pros:

The team were great at spending time to get to know our needs and helping us find solutions to our L& D problems with their system.

Cons:

Nothing - they are so willing to constantly evolve and change with the customer. they always helped us with our needs.

I like this platform

Pros:

This platform has a friendly and easy-to-use design. It has a log of helpful features like seeing and exporting the statistic, a lot of slides and questions types.

Cons:

I didn't see any problem on the platform.

I prefer use the Learning Lab to the e-learning system

Pros:

The Learning Lab is very dynamic platform, every week I see new features, new elements, new something to do ease e-learning platform.

Cons:

The dynamic change of UX/UI functionality makes it hard to consider something not convenient, not practical, even if it is quickly changed and improved.

Comments: From purchase to ease of use, to support - excellent all the way through. Hands-on team that cares about clients and jumps in to help when required.

Pros:

After a review of dozens and dozens of LMSs this one is the best all-rounder.Customizable interface with ease of use and quick to learn.Most easy to use systems are template driven and hold you back on being able to create a high quality visual experience. Not this one... really impressive

Cons:

Many new features are in dev so the learning Lab team is keeping up well with user requests. Nothing glaring missing at all.

The Best LMS on the market

Pros:

I love the unique and modern feel provided by this LMS. After using multiple different platforms, this is definitely one of the best on the market.

Cons:

I think further elements specifically tailored to gamification could be developed to provide a unique learner experience.

All features are very useful and it triggers to use them all which takes quite a bit of time.

Best Creative tool

Comments: Easy to use, great support from the team, regular innovative features realise. The feeling of working with a create system like web flow so I can create, build and manage my courses and communities without limitation. Very much the most modern and advance system of the market

Pros:

The Authoring tool and the branding capacity as well as the collaborative options. Very innovative solution.

Cons:

Nothing to comment at this level the tool is really complete.

My experience with theLearning LAB

Comments: Learning Lab is customer-oriented and user-friendly. I have only good experience with this platform; it can be adapted to customer needs as well as look & feel. Perfect for different industries!

Pros:

This product is easy to use and very user-friendly. I especially like the possibility to brand the e-learning platform with your own branding & design it as you wish. The company is very open to some updates or new features; thus, it's customer-centric which is a high advantage. Its big asset is slide builder, the authoring tool. Besides, I appreciate manual assessment possibility as it opens new door to exciting experiences in terms of e-learning.

Cons:

Tests & statistics are already on a good level but might be improved. Having said that, the platform is constantly developed so improving these two aspects is in progress.

Comments: TheLearning Lab is a great partner to develop a long lasting strategy of the learning activities.
The support is always timely and effective.
Frequently new features are developed based on the needs of the clients.

Pros:

The authoring tool is very easy to use and allows the translation of the content via Google Chrome reducing costs and offerirng a better service (more than 100 languages available)

Cons:

sometimes the templates are not fully customable but, with a discussion with the agency, I can express my requests and see if possible to implement.

Thoughtfully structured, easy to use LMS with clean design

Comments: TheLearningLab has been incredibly helpful for our non-profit organization as we move into providing more online trainings around the world. This LMS is allowing us to scale both our internal staff training and the external training we provide to youth sport program managers worldwide in a way that is low-cost and actually fun! TheLearning Lab team have been super great to work with, always responding to any questions we have and even providing training and support via video calls when needed. We highly recommend them!

Pros:

We thought very hard before selecting our LMS, and what we liked about TheLearning Lab was that the platform provided everything that we needed to launch our very first e-learning platform, with very little customization needed or technical know-how in terms of content creation. The team at TheLearning Lab are really e-learning professionals and met with us to help us learn about the potential for the platform and how it could fit with our needs. They also gave us some good tips about content creation since they provide this service to some clients (though we are creating our own course content in-house). We like that the backend structure where the courses are created actually mirrors how the courses appear to users. This sounds simple but some of the other course authoring softwares that we tried were really not intuitive to use at all! The simplicity of this LMS means that we will soon train several people on our team to help with creating and editing courses, meaning we can create content much faster. Other things we really like are: - Unlimited users at no extra cost (no hidden or unknown costs as we scale) - Ability to assign users to different audiences, gives it versatility that allows us to easily provide different content for staff training versus external online courses - Ability to set up single sign-on from our website - Gamification such as badges - Several other languages possible via integrated DeepL API key

Cons:

Their LMS is missing a couple of the interactive features that a previous LMS had, for example the ability to give feedback for incorrect quiz answers (currently feedback is only possible for correct answers) and small things like flip cards with images (not just text). However TheLearningLab LMS is constantly being upgraded with new features and the Penceo team have been responsive to requests for additional features, which makes a big difference compared to dealing with a faceless software company.

Comments: The team always listens to your needs and quickly finds answers or shortcuts to help me achieve my goal.

Pros:

The platform is very ergonomic and allows you to build all types of training programs.The point that impressed me the most and that I find very interesting is the coaching approach. It's not a classic LMS.With this platform you will be able to build real training and coaching models over the long term.

Cons:

In the beginning, it was difficult to create content from scratch that didn't already exist.It wasn't easy to understand the organization of classes, courses and lessons.But with a quick training session with someone on the team, I took charge of creating my various lessons very easily.

We love TheLearning Lab, only real creative solution we found

Comments: Very helpful team, great software. We love working with it as it is so easy to set up!

Pros:

We were looking for a LMS and Authoring tool in one which was designed to set up courses with interactive video, mobile, infographics, gamification and which was particularly easy to style in our clients corporate identity.

Cons:

The tool is quite new which means some of the features need to become a bit mature. But the great thing is that the dev team quickly adds new features and works close with us to achieve the best result. So in fact this turned out to be a strength
