Y Meadows support automation solution can autonomously route, enrich, and even resolve written requests with zero human intervention!
I like the manner in which the machine learning module is retrainable to consistently improve the customer experience.
I didn't have any issues understanding how to use it, but a manager who is more tech adverse might find it daunting.

Excellent help to our teams day to day
Pros:
It's very useful to my teams day to day transaction. The Y Meadows team was very easy to deal with and are very willing to accommodate our requests. They also made sure adjustments were done if something is not working and can pivot easily when something is blocked.
Cons:
Our own system needed to be tweaked and manually reviewed for Y Meadows to work. It wasn't a problem on Y Meadows though.

Alternatives Considered:
Automation to reduce cost in CS
Comments: Their team is eager to learn about our business challenges and develop tailored solutions to help us achieve our goals. I love working with this team!
Pros:
Y Meadows allows me to reduce cost in CS by reducing my headcount needs, this also frees up my existing headcount to prioritize and focus on the most important and complex customer queries.
Cons:
The self-serve portal is in development and can be more user friendly for non-technical users.

Satisfied Customer
Comments: The entire team that we've worked with has a great attitude and wants to help. They're very accommodating to all of our requests and have worked closely with us to ensure we are satisfied and that the system is providing value.
Pros:
It's customizable and flexible and their consultative approach is great.
Cons:
Tracking our usage is a challenge. They do have a platform but it's mostly used by the Y Meadows team to facilitate our automations. And understanding our usage isn't in the system. Pricing is usage based so anticipating costs as we grow isn't easy. The Y Meadows team is helpful though and when we asked to audit our usage in the beginning of our partnership they were cooperative.
YMeadows
Pros:
With just a few examples of conversations from our users to our support team, YMeadows was able to train a highly accurate model that helped us to automatically categorize inbound emails which led to more accurate data and the ability to automatically route conversations to our specialized teams. Also, the team was there every step of the way to provide support and guidance through the process of implementing and using YMeadows!
Cons:
There wasn't much to dislike about YMeadows.

A Good Product Managed by a Great Team is an Incredible Product
Comments: The Y Meadows team tackled everything we threw at them and made it look easy. Great communication on their part helped them understand our needs every time. When progress slowed or results were suboptimal, it was almost always because they were waiting on us to get around to providing necessary information in order for them to proceed. They seem to have the perfect combination of a functional AI tool, wielded by an expert team, to produce outstanding results with minimal setup time or excess need for troubleshooting.
Pros:
I love how set-it-and-forget-it it is becoming now that everything is in place. It's freeing up good amounts of time for many of us daily by handling tedious sorting, categorizing, and specialty based assignments on incoming tickets.
Cons:
I almost got a sense of wasted potential. As the Y Meadows team grew to understand our environment and meet our requests, I think it might have been a good time for them to pitch/sell us some more ideas which we hadn't even considered Y Meadows might be able to help with.

Can't go wrong with YMeadows
Comments: Tom, the person I was working with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The dashboard helped during troubleshooting and we ended up freeing up a lot of time from the staff because we replaced repetitive tasks with automation and AI
Pros:
quick service, they really took the time to understand our issues and formulate a solution that works within our boundaries and limitations and it ended up saving us hundreds, if not thousands of hours
Cons:
the YM dashboard is not the most intuitive thing in the world but thankfully, we only used it sparingly for troubleshooting since the product worked 99% of the time

Excellent service, great adaptability, and special attention to detail
Comments: Eveything has been great, the personalized attention we've received, the tasks we've been working with have progressively improved, we've seen the impact of the automations on the time our team have had for other projects

How useful it can be to solve different cases, and the way it can adapt to them, helping us achieve the goals we were looking for

The data visualization in the homepage, I feel it's not so friendly to manage

Effective Program & Easy to Implement
Comments: We are using Y Meadows to help with customer case management. Y Meadows employed effective machine learning models that are able to classify cases with a very high degree of accuracy. Based on these classifications, we are better able to triage issues, assign out cases, and ensure we have the most effective resources to work each case type. The implementation was fast, easy, and required little assistance from our internal team. Not only are the folks at Y Meadows smart and creative at solving REAL business problems, they are delightful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend Y Meadows to any company interested in streamlining low value business processes so that your most precious resources - people- can spend their time on higher value work.
Pros:
The ability to categorize incoming cases through Salesforce and provide a sentiment analysis for each case.
Cons:
None, we didn't have any issues with any part of the software.

Effective and easy to use
Comments: We've had a very positive experience with Y Meadows. Their team has been very attentive to our needs, they help us think creatively about potential solutions, and are proactive about identifying potential issues that could be resolved with automation. The partnership has become an essential component of our customer experience.
Pros:
The software is user-friendly regardless of the user's experience with automation processes. The intuitive interface makes it easy to understand automation pathways and quickly identify and resolve any issues that may surface. The ability to add Reviews has become essential in our testing process. This feature allows us to do more testing in production without any risk.
Cons:
Would love to get alerts from the software when an error is encountered during a journey.

Helped Us Automate 40% Of Our Consumer Requests
Pros:
The platform is extremely flexible and could customize solutions specific to our business processes. The YMeadows team was very hands-on and ensured that each of our automations were built and tested properly. They did a lot of the heavy lifting on the technical side so that we could focus on our business processes. We definitely received and continue to receive white glove service from their technical team. We're continuing to find opportunities to use their platform to automate non-customer facing requests.
Cons:
The integration with Salesforce has error at times, but the team is quick to notify us and resolve them. Their flow builder is very powerful but also a bit more on the technical side. I didn't have any issues understanding how to use it, but a manager who is more tech adverse might find it daunting.

Helpful software and people
Pros:
Integration with our CRM system was simple and we were able to be up and running in no time.
Cons:
There is the ability to customize and configure the software for your organization, and YMeadows has created a helpful UI to accomplish this. But even then, the process can be a bit intimidating once it gets complex and I defer to their experts.

Amazing Resource, huge impact to our business
Pros:
- Easy integration with very limited, if any, involvement from our internal product/engineering team.- We've automated multiple workflows and customer interactions. Some are fairly simple, while others were quite complex. All of these have saved our team hours and hours of work allowing them to focus on more revenue generating tasks.
Cons:
Further integrations with some of our other internal tools would be nice, but I know this is already being worked on.

Automation and Machine Learning Innovators
Pros:
The team at Y Meadows is incredibly easy to work with, open to ideas and suggestions while explaining at a high and low level the challenges/road blocks/wins. The product itself has saved several FTEs worth of work on a monthly basis - last check was over 5 FTEs across all departments - while taking off the monotonous day to day work that would otherwise be manually associated.
Cons:
I have no criticisms of the personnel or product of Y Meadows.

Extreme Value - Cutting Edge Tech
Pros:
Great people with great software with a bleeding edge technology backbone
Cons:
Reporting and YTD data pulling/slicing - Analytics reporting is lacking

Handling Customer Emails Via Artificial Intelligence
