Comments: I use ExpenseLogic daily. Typically it is just to pull a lease document or invoice. Makes it easy to access our information.

Pros:

Easily access lease information and find invoices for utiltiies

Cons:

The login authentication process. Takes to long to login and normally I am just quickly trying to login and reference one piece of information. Overall takes longer to login than I actually spend time within the website.

Comments: Very positive. I use ExpenseLogic multiple times on a daily basis.

Pros:

Very handy when needing access to expenses coded to a specific cost center.

Cons:

I find that some expenses are not showing up as coded to a cost center in ExpenseLogic but they are receiving and paying for the service through Radius Point. It's usually with a national vendor that issues one invoice with many locations referenced on the one invoice.

The speed & the ability to search past history

Menu changing seems "old" - should have an area on the left of screen to jump to different functions

Easy to use with good features built into the software. Anything else I may need can be obtained through customized reporting.

Cons:

It's not that intuitive. Once you go through the training, and practice a bit, it is easy to use. It's just not that intuitive.

Comments: This is a great tool to run reports and download invoices.

Having access to most, maybe all, of the information that RadiusPoint has for our company.

The ad hoc reports section doesn't seem to work as I want it to. I want to be able to easily save an ad hoc report and access it. I probably need to review the help section more.

Comments: Overall the ExpenseLogic makes sends and is user friendly.

Ability to easily pull data and get to reports

Cons:

Would like the ability to have some fields added to the Lease Expiration Report such as Broker, Client Manager, & a Notes section that your customers could update on the website and it would maintain these updates. Currently we have to download the report monthly, add these fields and add our running comments outside of the system in order to stay on top of the expiring leases.

Search is easy to use, being able to sort by various columns is nice but would be nice if you could sort by one and then another like type then month.

Dashboard options have some opportunities to be more dynamic

Pros:

I would be lost without this software. We have many locations nationwide and I am responsible for utilities at these locations. ExpenseLogic provides the information and control needed. The layout and ease it provides allows up-to-date information.

Cons:

I don't have any negative experiences with this software.

The best thing for me is the ability to research invoices and payments for hundreds of branches with ease and efficiency.

There are moments when the software seems to run a bit slowly but, that could be caused by the number of items we have in the system.

You can view financial details extremely successfully. I have never had any problems thanks to its user-friendly and simple interface. I recommend it to all my friends.

In general I did not have a problem, It works fast and simple enough.
