AssetCloud is an Effective and Helpful Asset Tracking Package.

Comments: AssetCloud is very effective project Asset management product and the compliance management and coordination across project teams is amazing.

Pros:

Through its Cloud functionalities its very simple tracking all the Construction projects Assets and the ability to manage event through AssetCloud is incredible.Helpful on easy allocation of Assets and the employees data management and expense tracking using AssetCloud is perfect.

Cons:

Effective and easy on Cloud implementation and its training curve is very friendly and myself i got nothing to dislike.

Comments: Had we known during the selection process that on-premise would create some important limitations with the hand held devices and functionality at our locations we might have made a different choice. The support team was always available to help during implementation, but sometimes didn't have an answer or took a long time to reply. We asked for assistance with writing custom reports to aid in extracting date for Depreciation journal entries to be created (because the system doesn't have a canned version for what we want) but we often got push back, even when we offered to pay for report writing time.

Pros:

It is a user friendly interface and pretty intuitive menus. The Asset tracking is good and we like the barcode features using the handheld devices.

Cons:

The depreciation functionality seems to have been an afterthought. Some basic questions we raised during implementation and initial training make it clear the trainer (and developers) did not have a great grasp on the accounting needs around depreciation. Our own company policies did not allow for us to use their cloud version, and that has led to some frustrations where the functionality was limited with on-prem

Comments: Its decent, there a few bugs where I have to refresh, or if I check out a certain way example checking out through an asset it would bugg out.

Pros:

I like that it has a friendly interface and really customizable.

Cons:

It bugs out sometimes, and have just had to refresh constantly.

The ability to print custom asset tags with barcodes.

Cons:

Some of the customization features are as robust as I had hoped.

Pros:

I personally have implemented Wasp Asset Management systems at 4 public schools to assist in IT asset management and tracking. This is a critical component in any IT department and Wasp provides a very customizable product that is easy to setup and manage.

Cons:

Over the years of the product changing, I still have the same minor stumble during implementation which is how to import device models into a table without doing some customization. Other than that, the product is great.

WASP Asset Cloud - Warhouse Management

Comments: Overall, we've been very happy with Asset Cloud, we've used it for many years, even before it became cloud based.

Pros:

Asset Cloud is fairly simple to use and gets the job done.

Cons:

Customized Reports are time consuming and confusing to get setup, I wish they were easier to get setup and saved. The Check In / Out Reports are missing a field that we fill out that would be quite helpful but honestly, we gave up on creating a custom report to gain the information we needed. It would be nice if you could choose columns to show in a particular order and it remain permanent to your profile.

Pros:

Report Extraction & Check In & Check Out

Cons:

Receipts and forms - They need to be tailored to suit business requirements and also integrate company details. These also need to be shared/made available with other users easily. Support - Support services by 3rd party vendors need to be consistent. At times, we have to wait for 3rd party to contact WASP in America to get solutions to our problems.

Excellent software that has dramatically changed our asset tracking processes

Comments: Fantastic, I have been super impressed by the support team as we get more familiar with the product. It has made our asset management processes more streamlined and cohesive

Pros:

A prebuilt system that was relatively easy to set up and customizable to each organization

Cons:

Expensive for a non-profit, but definitely worth the initial investment.

Does everything we require of it, functionality-wise.

Clunky feeling, have to go through multiple windows to do some simple tasks like checking out. Should be more seamless.

AssetCloud for Higher Ed Technology Management

Comments: Good program, im happy that its available via web browser, and their tutorials and start up assistance were very helpful.

Pros:

I like that it has an all encompassing approach. All in one.

Cons:

It can be a bit overwhelming in all of the options presented and is not the most user friendly at first.

Comments: Wasp’s user-friendly UI is one of its most notable characteristics. The system’s navigation is simple, and even users without substantial technical knowledge can quickly grasp its operation. The simplified design enables quick and easy access to all inventory management features. Providing me with the ability to analyze sales trends, track stock turnover rates, and find possible areas for improvement.

Pros:

Its adaptability is advantageous due to the manner they blend with the needs of the organization. It’s useful and makes data management easy for me. It is also simple to use and set up because of its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Wasp is an excellent solution for firms trying to streamline asset management. I appreciate how simple WASP is to use. New users can rapidly travel around the product and learn basic features. This is useful when new people join the team and need to be brought up to speed on how processes work. Wasp has shown to be quite useful in streamlining asset management in enterprises of all sizes. The cloud-based technology enables me to track my assets from any location, making it simple to keep track of stock levels and orders. Furthermore, the platform includes several capabilities that help my company better manage its assets, such as the ability to establish and manage custom product types, set thresholds for low-stock alerts, and generate reports.

Cons:

Wasp’s lack of support is frequently a concern. Because the company provided no training or support resources, it is difficult to troubleshoot every problem that arise. It lacks things that I would want to see. More bespoke features would be advantageous to me. Report templates can be perplexing and intimidating. It would be beneficial to make it easy to produce bespoke reports.

Smart and innovative software to track your Asset

Comments: My overall experience with AssetCloud is exceptional.

Pros:

It is one of the smarter and innovative software which helps you to track various assets from one place. You can get real-time data for your assets lying at different places within few seconds. With RFID you can eliminate manual barcode scanning process. RFID can read all assets tags within range simultaneously even they are not in sights.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike AssetCloud with me as it works fine as per expectation.

Wasp Asset

Pros:

The software makes it easy to search and track our assets.

Cons:

It is a pain to install and get working with the asset tag printer.

Nice Web based Asset management system

Comments: It is nice but would like for it to be a little more user friendly. Would like it to be a little intuitive as we enter in items.

Pros:

Web based can be accessed from anywhere.

Cons:

Still seems kind of clunky. Some things do not pop up right away, other things require two to three steps to do the same function.

Comments: OVERALL I LIKE THE APP ITS A BIG HELP AND TOOLS ARENT GOING MISSING AS MUCH

AssetCloud for a School District

Comments: As a previous user of MobileAsset from WASP, it was not a "very steep learning curve," and conversion was not as painful as I anticipated. The interface is simple to use, and consistent uptime is great without having to physically house our own local server!

Pros:

-Ease of use-Granular management of access to the program for user roles-Reporting is (somewhat) easily editable!-Integrated Asset Tag printing!

Cons:

-If this product if bought for a school district, it shouldn't be so expensive to have more users than assigned. And concurrent users trying to log in at the same time causes issues.

Useful, but likely not worth the price for the way that we use it

Comments: While it's a helpful tool, the AssetCloud product doesn't quite meet our needs. We have a simple inventory/tracking/audit requirement and are considering moving it into an Excel document in the near future.

Pros:

The product helps to manage our inventory and track/audit assets.

Cons:

Have not discovered an easy way to assign employees (that do not have access to WASP) to audit their own assets or be notified when an audit needs to occur.

Pros:

Ease of use: AssetCloud is easy to use for the different users that interact with it

Cons:

There isn't anything I can point out that's not good in the system. the system is good.

WASP review

Comments: For the most part it does what it does the job.

Pros:

I like the range of fields offered along with the ability to add additional fields. I like that the scanner works the application.

Cons:

It can be slow to load a view. Sorting does not work. When performing Audits the scanner app will crash, we have to go back and scan again.

Lyman Asset Cloud

Comments: Good so far. It is easy to use and I picked up on it very quickly.

Pros:

cloud based and I do not have to worry about my database crashing

Cons:

I fear the cloud. I am affraid I will lose all of my data again.

Asset Management Review

Comments: THis has allowed us to better manage how we ingest assets and deploy assets. It's a useful tool to keep track of the asset inventory as a whole.

Pros:

THe ease of use is of great importance as there are multiple users that are using the Software.

Cons:

Not really a Con but the barcode stickers wear off quickly.

I've had reports I wanted done but customizing is really difficult currently I have a report can't customize so transferring to Excel is the work around. Support said I could not change the current reports that exist.

Asset Cloud- my favorite tool for managing my clients assets.

Comments: I use it in the management of the my clients assets and find it a useful tool especially when doing replenishment's on our various sites

The ease of uploading the assets once they are set up

Cons:

Trying to edit once uploaded to correct any errors I have made manually.
