Powerful Analitical tool extention to SalesForce
Pros:
Einstein is intuitive and use to use. It is very easy to install. For the Users it is a question of few cllicks to make it work. For existing SalesForce CRM users it is very fast and easy to extend. I m using the Sales platform that helps us evaluate the business opportunities from CRM based on all customer interactions through the various communication channels (Teams meetings, Outlook mails etc)
Cons:
Although the AI is very powerful the outcomes must be treated with causion as it takes time for the algoritm to learn, but also users write in different languages, use slang etc that can be misinterpreted by the system.Some of the functions in the menu might be difficult to understand for non Sales Force users. Generating reports require deeper knowledge.
Data analysis directly in the CRM system
Comments: Under Einstein Salesforce summarizes various additional programs for data analysis in Salesforce (e.g. Sales Cloud). My review mainly refers to the data analysis functionalities provided in Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics).
Pros:
The biggest advantage is obvious: Tableau CRM is directly integrated into Salesforce, so data integration is very easy. With the so-called Recipies, simple data preparation can be performed in a goal-oriented way, even by non-IT employees. The result visualization in Lenses and Dashboards works well. I would describe the selection of machine learning algorithms through Einstein Discovery (integrated in Tableau CRM) as below average. There is no extendibility. Nevertheless, the algorithms are sufficient for most use cases.
Cons:
For comprehensive requirements, one quickly reaches the limits of the functional scope and has to implement workarounds.
Nice to have as an option, but lacking.
Comments: I was able to create an okay bot with Einstein for my users, but it could've been a lot better.
Pros:
The interface for creating and maintaining an Einstein bot is nice and easy to use. A lot of the basic functions are straight-forward and not hard to integrate. I like the reliability of the chatbot and how quick it would update when changes were made. Responses were fast as well.
Cons:
Natural Language Processing (Intent) never worked for me. I entered the right amount and Utterances, but I could not get the bot to intelligently understand free text.
