POS system that actually worked well

Pros:

Solve issue with freezing screen on POS terminal that I experience with previous POS system. Easy to check current inventory and tally it with website stock. Responsive interface on touchscreen, I don't have to keep pressing the button 2-3 time before it register what I am touching.

Cons:

No issue for me. Every tools and features that they provide work wonderfully.

Its various features has helped the company in achieving an improved financial stability and development through its reliable point of sale platform it got, an effective faster payment processing i have used in processing transactions and managing invoices and bills with various clients. It has no feature that i like least since using this software, no cons.

Some aspects involve technical details. Our former manager did not recognize the advantages of utilizing them. Fortunately, our new manager has quickly understood various new features and is now implementing them.

Excellent POS system for our transportation business need

Pros:

eposbuddy worked very well as our primary POS system to manage purchase and inventory management. Taking order, payment processor and communication with customer has been excellent after our switch to this product.

Cons:

The user interface is a bit boring and no option to change the theme color. Interface customization will bring more values to the product.

Excellent service! Really easy to use and great support team. Whenever I have issues they are available to help me. Great experience with them so far.

Cons:

We are unable to customization the user interface, If they offers customization, It would be great for users.

Does the job

Comments: Overall experience is average, I'm not sure I would purchase from them again but given we are now set up with them they aren't bad enough to have to complete the whole set up again.

Pros:

Technical support is brilliant, always on hand and knowledgeable to solve any problems.

Cons:

Biggest con is the sales team, spinning you misleading information to get a sale. The sales pitch was misleading with many features that were demonstrated to us as selling points not included in the purchase, I was not aware of this at the time of purchase. There were also some capabilities in terms of additional hardware options sold to as great options for the future (Which we discussed we would plan to add and was told is was easy to do), when I returned and requested to purchase those extras was informed I should have brought a different till, when I initially took out the deal it would have cost us around £100 extra (£200 total I believe) as an existing customer I would need to purchase a full new system at over £600 all to then purchase the add ons I had initially been told it would be possible to utilise.

Till system overhaul - A world of change.

Comments: We have managed to increase our revenue, & are now in the process of implementing new systems that the advanced features offer.

Pros:

Cost - Epos buddy is a cheaper overall then our previous supplier. With a range of benefits. We are getting more, for less.

Cons:

Some aspects are fairly technical, our previous manager did not see the benefits of using them. Fortunately our new manager has been able to grasp a range of new features & is beginning to make use of them.
