Comments: Our organization has perfecting and organizing our email marketing management to the maximum and helps us to do it in the simplest way. The verification process to vetting the contact list help us to eliminate fake email and inactive email/

Pros:

Thing that i really like is I can work and monitor all the email campaign progress and real-time result from anywhere, because Campayn is a cloud-based platform that i can access and login to the platform from anywhere. The email auto-response is easy to configure and has help us managing email from customer easily and organize it better.

Cons:

I have issue when trying to customizing the email template provided, as the layout keep misaligned when viewing it in mobile email setting. I need to test and reconfigured the email for multiple time to get the best result before deploying and sending the email to customers. A new feature that can sending email to more than 20,000 contact can be more helpful.

Comments: Managing email marketing campaign with Campayn has proven so efficient for us to deploy it to our marketing funnel. All the email that we has been sent are not flagged and has landing to our contact list primary inbox.

Pros:

Campayn has a very wide range of email template that i can use and customized it for our email marketing campaign. Sending bulk email to our customer contact list is easy as they can hold quite large storage space for storing contact list. I can schedule the email up to 4 weeks and it really helping in planning our marketing email campaign or newsletter.

Cons:

Campayn is quite solid and it offer a very responsive tools for managing email marketing. The only things that i least like with Campaign is the pricing plan, if they can introduce cheaper plan for business account would be great.

Very bad support

Comments: I have paid the fees of my plan and couldn't send any emails as my emails are On-Hold

Good feature for managing marketing email

Comments: Managing and sending email marketing with Campayn is very effective, it has every tools from designing email body design to generating report for the campaign. The automation process really helping saving my time and focus more on planning the process rather than executing the process.

Pros:

Campayn report can generate a very detailed and comprehensive report for my email marketing analytics. It is really critical in analyzing our marketing campaign and its effectiveness. The email template is very flexible and responsive, which can work both on desktop and mobile device viewing without any problem.

Cons:

Importing my contact list to Campayn contact list library using CSV Spreadsheet is sometimes quite buggy, some of the cell are not properly imported and gives a null value. On the feature side, everything is working smoothly that i had nothing to complaint with it.

Pros:

It is straightforward to send and manage email marketing with Campayn. I like that Campayn deliver emails to primary and promotional folders and not spam.

Cons:

WYSIWYG editor tools on Campayn need to be boosted by integrating with external digital experience platforms.

Best tool to reaching customers

Comments: I use it to reach customers thru client and sending bulk email for newsletter and marketing email. The template is easy to edit and customized to fit my email objective. I enjoy the report that generated from each batch of email sent, and analyzed the open rate of the email.

Pros:

Deploying a email marketing and follow-up email using Campayn is super easy and they guaranteed 95% email deliver-ability to the targeted contact list. The email indeed received to customer primary inbox not in the spam folder. Campayn is cost less than other email marketing software.

Cons:

I need a basic in email marketing system before operating this software, because they are quite confusing and not much video guides provided by the developer. Other than that, the customer support is not as active as i hope, ticket are not answered and left for weeks.

Comments: Everything has become very easy, flexible and optimized to manage IT marketing campaigns through email. Campayn is very intuitive and helps from the construction of the email to complete reports with statistical data signaling arrival at the recipient. The templates work on any device such as windows, mac, android, ios.

Pros:

The big highlight and what we like most about using Campayn are the reports. These are very complete and detailed and help in the marketing analysis of a product or service emailed to customers. The software has many templates and templates ready to be used and streamline the work to send marketing email perfectly and the price to purchase is fair.

Cons:

We've already had some instability in the tool. I believe the interface can still be improved and more templates added over time.

Campanyn is a great mail market tool

Comments: As I already said, I had never used mail marketing and this tool opened up the possibility of being able to have new formulas at hand to carry out my work system, having such an intuitive tool with regard to mail marketing is wonderful.

When I started using mail marketing, which was also recently, I started with Campanyn, I tried it and I found all this interesting to be able to do it easily and intuitively, it is a secure platform, you can send text or images, blocking spam is wonderful, offers some wonderful designs and templates that are not difficult at all and saves the task of spending hours designing, it is very good to discover the effectiveness of email marketing with a tool as good as this.

Although the cons are necessary to grow, I owe them, I do not get many problems for now, maybe in the future but my experience has been positive.

Comments: The signup form has been great for gathering contact info. I just wish writing and sending emails to those contacts was a more pleasant experience.

Pros:

Campayn offers a free version that is quite generous. I use it for my online signup form to allow people to sign up for newsletters I send out. Good editing options available for the signup form design are a plus.

Cons:

The process of viewing and editing the design or sending details of an email are quite clunky. Having used Mailchimp for work, the Campayn workflow to modify an email seems very poor. Why can't you show an edit button on the email details from the list view? Do I really need to choose a dropdown menu, click Edit, then expand several menus to find what I'm looking for and click edit again before I can actually modify the document?

Comments: I really love with its price flexibility, It only charge for the size of audience that we have. It really save a lot of our budget.

Email marketing and sending thousand of follow-up email to our customers is really fast and easy. They have huge email template that I can choose to fit with my email objective.

I don't have any problem with this software, everything is so clear and easy to use. No complaint from me.

Wide variety of templates for emails that streamlined and a lot of my workflow for sending campaigns. Easy and intuitive to use.

So far I haven't had any problems or negative considerations with the software, it suits me perfectly.

Easy to use as advertised, great customer service

Comments: I tried several email marketing solutions but none seemed to stick. Some were powerful but very difficult to use, while others didn't have everything I needed. Campayn seemed to do everything I needed, and at a nice price point too! Not being savvy individual I really appreciated the multiple options for sign up forms, and I especially liked their gorgeous full screen form templates! I had a few problems importing my list due to file format issues, but their support was very friendly and had imported my list to my account for me, so that quickly became a non-issue. They were also quick to respond when I didn't understand how something worked, which really helped me get on with my emailing. Their free tier is great for getting started, but it lacks detailed reporting. Luckily their paid plans aren't that expensive and it's worth it, even if just for the detailed reports. Would definitely recommend the service to other less-savvy individuals as it seems to have us in mind with the interface and features.

Comments: We have been using it for just a few weeks to study other solutions, but results are very worth to consider to definitely make a change from our current provider.

Pros:

Ease of use tools for great customization, personalization and scheduling for email marketing. Templates are easy to change, so it meet almost every need without much efforts.

Cons:

The toolset itself we have nothing to complain, but wait for support was a bit longer for a tool with the current pricing model.

It's pretty straightforward to setup automated mails for different purposes, and it's nice to have different options for scheduling and customization

The process to modify a mail template it's a bit tedious

Good automated email app

Comments: I've had to send a couple of marketing emails and Campayn helped me to make them beautiful. I've had no trouble choosing a template, customizing it and creating good content. It took me a while to confirm another email (gmail was not valid) and even after that it required to confirm the first email (the one I wouldn't use anyway). In the end it worked and was helpful.

Pros:

Great and extensive choice of templates. Easy drag and drop interface. Free plan offers 500 contacts and 12500 email per moth - enough for a good start. You can choose different plan options like content storage, number of contacts and number of emails. Pricing doesn't seem very steep.

Cons:

Some dialog windows open slowly, might be my connection. Had to refer to knowledge base because I was stuck. "Confirm email" button looks like a checkbox, I've only accidentally discovered it was a link
