This software has make big positive changes in the way that we operate our restaurant/bar.

Comments: Profit, time and versatility.

Pros:

- It is very helpful with different menus, to add and take things from any menu, put specials and keep it updated for any activity. -Keeping track of tables, and clients and tabs is much more easier with the software, the time reduces drastically when working.

Cons:

The implementation took some time, and to understand the inventory and back office is some time hard, you could include different languages for people in other countries using the software, and maybe more aware of the updates for the software as we never hear when we need to update ours.

its an easy to use software for the staff and management here, plus its an all in one software software

Cons:

i dont know with others but here when even we have a power outage and our internet goes the client machines stop connecting to the server. thats the issue here, though with our sister company they dont have this challenge

Customer Service is ALWAYS there to help you

Its the ease of use and that if there are any problems custmore service is always there to help you 24 hours a day

There is really nothing not to like. I am several time zones away from their customer service and they still give you a hand no matter the time. Rep is an EXCELLENT source of customer service. He was able to fix my problems in no time. thank you rep!!

eZee Burrp - EAZY!

Comments: Easy and intuitive interface for waiters. Clear commands for Kitchen staff.
We use eZee Burrp in several Hotel´s with different set up and it´s really easy to tailor it as we need.

Pros:

Easy set up and good organization of Menus and Options. 24/7 Live chat for helping with problems! Really a life saver all the time!

Cons:

I could not find a con on this software yet...

The platforms worked well the whole time we used it. It was a few old and boring, need more colors.

Pros:

Easy access, fast. Space to add notes about each guest. Can exist different users Save paper and ink

Cons:

Invoices without detail about charges made in different areas. Invoices without consecutive number. Missing a space to add a credit card or ID number, should be obligatory to have.

easy of use, loading menus, changing aspect is all very intuitive, copying the items from one outlet to the other and the possibility to work on CSV files

Cons:

report system is kinda cpomplicated, after some time the database get very big and slow, giving timeout on reports

Comments: Easy management of multi branches and online reports for managers

Pros:

The POS management itself is strong and has many features for your easy day to day operations. New Features are update on a monthly basis. System is very robust for SMB businesses and also the price is very convenient.

Cons:

The interface sometimes is too heavy for a POS. Also interface cannot be customized to what you want. Need a better recipe management system. Need more sync features to automatically sync based on time and not a manual process.

User Friendly Software and excellent customer support.

Pros:

Ease in usage. Detailing in every aspect. Live support, 24*7. For each and every operations of a full service restaurant, it's a perfect software.

Cons:

Sometimes it takes little long to get some core problems solved. Technical issues faced by customer can only be solved by technical team which doesn't work 24*7, so sometimes we have to wait until next day to get help with the issue.

Living it beyond 5 yrs

Comments: Overall it's a great software be it the back up module or the front end. The modifier module is excellent and gives ease of use. Overall it's value for money and the kind of service support one gets is excellent. The back end team is great. I am using ezee burrp from past 5 yrs and haven't gone through any trouble except for my system crash but the team was very supportive in restoring my back up.

Comments: Affordable and easy to implement, use and maintain. Other software we used had complicated setups that were unstable and constantly needed costly support on a weekly basis since going over to Burp we haven't had any issues and business is running smoothly

Comments: I've been using the eZee system in my resort for more than a year now and am very happy with it. Some functions take a while to learn as the system is very powerful and has a lot of features. Tech support is very helpful although some fixes take very long to work out.

User Friendly

Comments: The software is user friendly and covers all aspects in food outlet business. Whether it is a small scale outlet or big.

Good software but can only work on windows, difficult to find a windows tablet on the island\

Good reporting function, easy to use, stable and nice design.

Cons:

Only on windows not on android, not handy for the poolbar and windows tablet expensive. Not cloud based. Should be able to integrate with Ezee absolute. Now the post to room revenue is counted double.

Pros:

The developer has thought of everything that is required in a restaurant software! Feature rich! Customer support is excellent too! Have been speaking to Irfan, Ibrahim and Siddarth...they all have been very helpful.

Cons:

While this does not necessarily classify as a con, it takes a while to get used to the software, being that it is so detailed. A good user documentation to refer to at all times would be helpful.

Simple and easy

Comments: The features here are quite strong. It is easy to create the recipes and track them. And the integration with Frontdesk is great as it allows us to manage the guest account in one folio. The weak link here is again the cash count at the end of a shift. It lacks control and security expected in a POS system. The customer service is great. Someone is always around to assist if we run into problems.
