I also like how it integrates well with Microsoft tools like Outlook, Copilot, and Power BI is a major advantage and helps improve productivity.

Some day to day sales activities, such as activity tracking, call management, and workflow automation, may require additional configuration or other third-party integrations to achieve the same seamless experience that Salesforce offers out of the box.
