Pros:

It is very easy to setup a virtual webinar with GoTo Webinar. It offers webinars top quality visuals and audio making conversations to be very clear. It makes it possible for more than one person to present which is very useful during sales webinars. Engaging with the other webinar audience is very simple.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar has been at its best while serving us. There has been no issues encountered. Definitely nothing not to like about it.

Comments: Fine but definitely not as good as other competing products.

Pros:

Once you are in the meeting, the video and sound quality is fine.

Cons:

The features are not as user-friendly, or exist in some cases, as compared to Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

GoTo Webinar has a very simple audience interaction interface and features which makes our online events very lively and engaging. The raise hand function allows audiences to call for host attention without distracting their presentations. It is easy to plan and organize an online event and invite audiences. It offers excellent visuals and sound quality which makes conversations very clear.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar intuitive and simple user interface makes it a very easy to use product. Nothing to dislike about it at all.

Dependable virtual Conferences and Events olution

Comments: Since the adoption of Goto webinar in at the hospital I can say that we put our best foot forward to acquire it. I can attend workshops, conferences or even meeting without having to leave the the HDU/ ICU room. Soo Iam able to follow up on everything while taking care of my patients. Also with it I don't need an account to join the meetings. What an incredible tool. I really love it

Pros:

Goto webinar simplicity is next level. It's intuitive interface makes it easy even for invitees to join the conferences from anywhere without struggles. I engage on any device may it be my desktop, phone or even tablet. Planning topnotch virtual events is also quite easy with it through the pre planning and event promotion through the Goto stage. Scheduling is flexible for one time events, series of events or even create demand for recorded webinars . One can quickly create a new event using inbuilt templates and previous settings and custom registration forms for invites. Branding of hospitals events for personalization by adding the logo and colour is of importance to us. During the webinar engaging with presenters is through the dahboards which happens asap , interactive polls and even virtually raising of hands to get the presenters attention. It also support multiple presenters who can share their webcams . Other than that the audio is excellent and visuals are in hd to give the maximum number of attendees and amazing experience during the meeting.Goto webinar also give insights on the attendance reports and overall goodness of events. Another feature I find interesting is it's integration power with most tools in our workspaces to enhance our experience

Cons:

Go to Webinar guarantee us hassle free events because it makes events delivery soo easy. It is comprehensive in terms of event platform features making it the ultimate best solution in the market for us and anyone seeking to go virtual on hosting events of any size

Delivering engaging online webinars with GoTo Webinar.

Comments: We have seen our online events head toward the right direction since we started using GoTo Webinar. It allows us to facilitate our marketing campaigns through larger numbered virtual events and this way, we are able to reach larger number of potential leads.

Pros:

Setting up virtual events with GoTo Webinar has become unchallenging for us now that we have GoTo Webinar. The most useful part of having GoTo Webinar is that we can have huge numbered events to run our marketing campaigns through webinars. The video and audio quality is top-notch. It has outstanding interaction tools like screen sharing, live chatting and more which makes it easy to engage with the audience in order to have very lively events.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar has been working really well for us and we have never faced challenges while using it.

GoTo Webinar is the real Deal.

Pros:

GoTo Webinar is easy to use, download and set up. Setting up webinars and meetings is pretty easy and the good thing is that participants do not need to install anything, they can use the web version which is straight to the point. Its compatible from any device eg smartphone, laptop, desktop name them, this means you can access from anywhere at anytime. GoTo Webinar is favourable especially when you have a big audience, we use it for our AG meetings , trainings etc. I love how interactive it is, panelists can ask questions and even conduct polls among the participants. GoTo Webinat stores the session recordings which are available for download, this acts as backup.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, well done GoTo Webinar

Excellent Software for Education and Training

Comments: Overall, VERY positive! It's an excellent tool that has continued to improve over the past few years and has awesome reporting features that are required for the courses I use this software for. As with anything, there are a few things that could be added to make the program better, but in my opinion it's the best webinar software available.

Pros:

GoToWebinar has so many different features available that allow you to create a custom event that fits all your needs. You can make your event unique before it starts by customizing your webinar descriptions, feature images, confirmation emails, registration pages, poll questions, handouts...the list goes on. But you can also make on-the-fly changes during your webinar by adding handouts, editing/adding poll questions, changing attendee permissions, and more.

Cons:

GoToWebinar's registration confirmation emails frequently go to spam, and this issue causes me additional work. Pre-event, I have to reach out separately to attendees to confirm they received their link, and if not, manually copy/paste their webinar link and email it directly. I also frequently have to field calls and emails during the beginning of the webinar for registrants that don't have their link to join.

I likd the ease of use and the features of GoTo Webinar, especially the dashboard that you get when you start conferences with the chat. I was the admin who helped choose this product for my company to use, but it ended up being too expensive when compared to similar products.

Cons:

The expense was too much for us to continue with this product.

GoTo Webinar is the intuitive tool for our webinars

Comments: It has been an invaluable help to our Customer Success group. Also, our marketing and CS specialists have been able to plan together with us a GTW that shows and educates our users about new features in an agile and simple way. Because GTW makes it possible for attendees to ask questions, we were able to really dive into the training courses with several colleagues at once and then come out with a record that we can distribute to all customers. GTW fully understands our abilities: confidential attendee list, ability to troubleshoot and quiz, excellent audio and video quality. I like using GTW.

Pros:

Quick and easy to use, so any member of our staff can attend at any time with less than five minutes of experimentation. Creates an anonymous named scope, so that our clients' suppliers can be trained without affecting the scope of competence that our clients require. Provide a voting venue so that users of our products can choose what they would like to see next, which supports the training courses we provide. It gives us the ability to preserve training lessons that we can distribute to customers anywhere, anytime.

Cons:

We allow specialists to answer questions, initiate censuses, etc. - Give specialists more versatility. Let us schedule it for a web course with a similar theme that lasts several months at a time, without the need for all those listed to be on the same landing page. Sometimes I am left with new doubts when I look at the list of attendees.

Getting the most interactive virtual events with GoTo Webinar.

Comments: GoTo Webinar gives us a super interactive virtual space where we can easily reach out to our farmers to give them trainings and also when giving them updates concerning our business. It offers large meeting space allowing us to accommodate all the farmers and since we do all these virtually, we save alot on the expenditure of planning physical events.

Pros:

The thing to like about GoTo Webinar is that it gives the host and the audience easy to use interaction tools allowing them to engage effectively during the virtual events. This helps to break the boredom by making the events very lively. It also support special capabilities like multiple hosts at a time which is super exciting. With GoTo Webinar, we can host larger virtual events which accommodates all farmers that are associated with our dairy farm.

Cons:

GoTo Webinar has been an ideal tool for hosting online events and i have no drawbacks to give complaints about.

Comments: Overall the experience was good from an admin perspective. Audience experience could be frustrating due to having to download and install the app.

Pros:

Rock solid performance when using the app. Comprehensive feature set. Tight integration with Pardot.

Cons:

It forces the user to download an app. Not all users has the permission to do this. The alternative web version is cumbersome to include in your workflow and lacks some of the app’s features.

Comments: I loved GoToWebinar, it's easy to use and makes my job a snap.

Pros:

I initially started with GoToMeeting for online learning seminars. We quickly had an audience that needed more "seats" so GoToWebinar was a natural choice. The platform is easy to use and navigate behind the scenes, but it still looks nice for the attendees.

Cons:

I think a little more personalization would be nice, able to brand stuff more.

Great for Sharing Files Without a Login

Comments: Overall, the functionality is good. Share downloads with others quickly and hassle-free. Replays are Available Automatically If Event Time is Missed Replays are available immediately after the event if the person signing up can't make it live. The live event and replay links go to the webinar replay.

Pros:

Being able to share files without a login is a great feature. Especially if the person you are sharing it with only needs that particular document or resource at the time.

Cons:

None noted. This software is straightforward to share one-time small downloads that don't require a password from the downloader.
