Great Product for Growing Marketing Teams

Comments: I've not had any problems with Demio in my almost one year of using the product. The team there seems to always be putting out new updates and pushing new features.

Pros:

The ability to get off the ground running quickly with Demio is part of what makes this one of the better webinar software on the market. Without much setup time at all, admins can have a professional-looking webinar setup and ready to accept registrations. I also use the Mailchimp integration, and while I think it could be better optimized, it is still useful for automatically adding registrants to your mailing lists.

Cons:

Having to pay for the ability to add more than 1 host greatly prohibits smaller marketing teams without a large budget. The ability to switch between brands for 1 price would be preferred.

Reliable webinar tool

Pros:

It is very reliable, high quality and easy to use. You can upload all the event materials handouts before the webinar. And delegates can download them. The chat box is useful for attendee interaction too.The after event report is useful.

Cons:

Nothing really. Just that it is not as famous as Zoom or Teams. When we first told our delegates and speakers we were using Demio, they were kind of suspicious of the tool was good or reliable enough, and they thought we were trying to save money (in a way it was at first). So it was a bit embarrassing but once they use it, they are all satisfied.

Horrible Customer Service.

Comments: Overall, without dealing with customer service, the platform was nice to work with. They wound up lowering their plans, which was nice, but still with the blatent disregard to help people access the data and providing excuses as to why they cant to force you into an account is appaulling.

Pros:

What I DID like about the software is that it did help us save a ton of time on demos.

Cons:

We wound up canceling because of cost. However, good customer service is something to be desired. We canceled and needed access to our data. Our account was canceled 1 day prior to us asking them for our data and they blatantly said no, and that we essentially had to pay a full month to even get our data.

Cutting-Edge Webinar Software

Comments: Demio is allowing us to scale our webinar catalog by making it easy to launch events and have live-automated and on-demand events.

Pros:

The ability to have simulated-live webinars is critical when schedules are too booked to host multiple live sessions. On-demand also is easy; the users get to choose which instance they want to use.

Cons:

Breakout rooms are critical for larger events; we'd still have to use Zoom for this.

Demio shines in a world of mediocre webinar and on-demand content platforms

Pros:

I used Demio on the recommendation of a client who had a great experience. My experience reflected theirs and I'm very pleased with the service. I've used a half-dozen services comparable to Demio over the last 4 yrs and can say Demio wins categorically in functionality, User experience, design, interface, pre and post webinar tools, ease of setup, analytics, integrations. It has it all.

Cons:

The price is up there with the "big boys" and Demio punches above their weight class but I ultimately didn't want to spend >$200 for 500 users when It's something I use once-a-month on average.

Amazing Product for Training

Comments: Fantastic product to set up pre-recorded training to issue out more times and collect vital reporting data

Easy to set up events in advance, publish at certain times and have great branded pages along with dedicated/personalised confirmations and reminders. Software comes with a wide range of In-depth reporting

Cons:

Adding media to webinars can sometimes look out of place. Fixed areas of media spaces available. Can sometimes make a great page look messy

Demio is the best webinar solution I've ever seen!

Comments: We're using Demio for all our webinars and content recording for our digital products and programs. Whenever we get stuck, we just ask the amazing team on the helpdesk.

Pros:

So simple and straight forward to use and highly user friendly. Easy click on or off functions when adding components to your webinars, such as emails or customising your registration pages.

Cons:

Some more reporting and statistics could be developed for the affiliate section, but I know that this is already in the making.

Love it! Excited about the new marketing features coming out

Comments: Demio has been a great addition to our toolkit throughout this pandemic and allowed us to offer automated and on demand sessions as well as in-person sessions. Using Demio has increased our mailing list. It's been a great solution for a socially anxious community as the tech is really each and they are confident they won't be on camera/audio.

Pros:

Demio has been great. Love that you can easily create a landing page that looks great; send out automated reminders with a customised message; link with Mailchimp (should the person signing up approve that, which is probably 50/50); it's lovely that our socially anxious community cannot accidentally turn on their camera, as has happened via Zoom. Replays can be automatically sent out. A great feature is the ability to share handouts for download within the webinar chatbox. Love that Demio are regularly updating their product and sharing their roadmap.

Cons:

On some video playbacks, the sound seems to have been glitchy. Some people have found it hard to access or hear at times, though I believe this seems to have resolved. Presenters cannot access via a mobile phone. It's more suited to using from a laptop. Would be nice to have the option to have everyone on screen - as we have had to go back to using Zoom for some calls because of this.

Best Online Webinar Platform

Pros:

I have used two other online webinar platforms before using Demio. The 1st one had such a limited functionality that it did not work for my business. The second one had 2 major crashes when I had over 150 people in my online class on 2 separate occasions. Demio is very reliable. All of the participants in my online classes report how easy it is to use. The data tools included are extremely helpful to my business. I am very fortunate to have this platform to help grow my business.

Cons:

I have not experienced any problems at all yet. The customer service is excellent and the platform works flawlessly.

Demio is more user-friendly and offers better capabilities

Comments: We spent a lot of time researching webinar platforms, and we have never regretted purchasing Demio. Highly recommend.

Pros:

We love how user-friendly it is. Anyone can easily figure out how to use and customize the webinar rooms. They also offer better features (customize registration page and add logo or background, customize automatic emails, can send replay links, PowerPoints/handouts, call to action links, polls, public and private chat boxes, etc). We have rarely had any issues, and if issues do come up it’s usually something we can troubleshoot on our own.

Cons:

If we had to pick something that is our least favorite, it might be that the platform is not supported on Internet Explorer. We make sure to let our customers know which browses are supported and send them a video on how to use Demio before it begins.

The Best Decision I Have Made!

Comments: Being new to virtual learning, I had a few times that I needed assistance. I received swift, professional and friendly responses each time. The team communicates well in advance of updates. I have never had such an incredible experience with ANY company! Trusting a partner with my brand is the highest compliment and Demio has my trust 110%!

Pros:

This software was built with marketing in mind. It is simple to use, customize and brand. I have trained in-person for 20 years and when the pandemic hit I did extensive research for on-line seminar platforms. After witnessing the mess of Zoom meetings first hand with my daughter's school, I was determined to do better for our clients. I found Demio. I have conducted over 15 webinars with this software and each time, I was asked about Demio as people raved about the "no download" ease of use! From registration, room set up and follow-up, Demio has me looking like a ROCK STAR ( and I have NEVER done webinars until now)

Cons:

I haven't found anything I haven't liked so far...

Comments: Demio is quite a powerful service when it comes to hosting a webinar or meeting. Usint this platform does not have any complexity, when you start using it you will be able to fully adapt to the creation or programming of webinars for some dates, in addition, it is quite easy to integrate new participants for each webinar and also send invitations for some people. Demio helped me a lot in my work area, it allowed me to hold quite extensive meetings without any kind of limit in the elapsed time, in addition, it allowed me to enter many participants in each webinar, which helped us to share information with a larger audience. I was fascinated with the great utility that this platform represented, the web version behaved wonderfully and provided constant fluidity in each webinar carried out.

Pros:

The video quality is one of the most outstanding things about Demio, it has a video quality and fluidity that really impressed me, despite the fact that it works from the browser since this platform is only available in a web version, its behavior in this web version is quite shocking and beneficial. Demio has excellent ways to get in touch and constantly communicate with the participants, you can carry out various surveys, voting with expiration time and you can also send questions to the participants and view the answers in real-time, in addition, live chat allows attach files, send emojis, attach images and have a fluid conversation thanks to real-time chat. In addition, Demio allows the integration of roles and multiple hosts, this will be really useful if any user needs help in managing a Webinar. Demio has everything that any user is looking for to have a stable connectivity in a Webinar.

Cons:

Demio does not have wide availability or device compatibility. Its web version works perfectly, but it would be great to be able to use downloadable Demio app, this would help so that you don't have to use the browser to start a Webinar or schedule it for a certain date, it would be great to be able to use Demio from my MacOS computer without make use of the Safari browser. Another of the problems that can be found in Demio is that currently it is not possible to share a specific window on your computer with the participants; if you want to show something specific on your computer, you will have to start screen sharing and all participants will be able to see everything on your computer, that can be a bit awkward.

The best tool to schedule webinars with collaborators.

Comments: Demio is a useful service for any company, in general this platform was easy to use, its accessibility is incredible and its compatibility is also incredible, it is compatible with many Browsers such as Opera, Safari and even Brave, which allows any user to use Demio from any browser. Demio should improve stability in Webinars when there is a low internet speed, however, I have really enjoyed the experience on this platform, it allowed me to develop more than 50 Webinars for my company, and allowed me to have a greater participation of hosts and collaborators in my company.

Pros:

I love that Demio allows me to manage various roles for Webinar administrators, I can assign specific roles to more members of my company and modify the permissions of each role so that they can broadly manage webinars. I love Demio's web functionality, you don't need to download any app on your computer to use this platform, also, this web version allows quick access to the platform, just log in and you'll be able to create any webinar. I love the excellent integration that Demio has with many Marketing platforms as well as its integration with many messaging platforms, this is key to being able to send invitations to webinars much more easiliy or through an advertising campaign via email.

Cons:

I would like to have more stability in the Webinars when I have a slow internet connection, sometimes I have had problems to continue with the Webinar because my internet connection gets slow sometimes, this causes me to have to reload the Demio to being able to access my Webinar again, and sometimes the Webinar is completely canceled due to lack of connection, I don't like this, the Webinar should continue I can connect again.

The BEST out there!

Comments: FANTASTIC! Besides all the amazingness...their customer services and LIVE chat feature is incredible. They are quick to respond and always SUPER helpful to troubleshoot. They have gone above and beyond to help me whenever I needed extra support and event did a few things on the backend for me to save time. I am very pleased with this platform and will continue to be a SUPERFAN!

Pros:

I have been a Demio user for years and I am not sure what took me so long to make the switch from another platform that kept giving me issues. Demio is super user friends, clean, modern, and full of features that I never even considered needing or using for my webinars, live events, and coaching calls. It takes all the fuss out of trying to set things up by allowing you to duplicate events, schedule series, and use on demand as well. I am extremely satisfied with their newer features like 6 LIVE guests capability. I am so grateful for their flexibility in pricing and overall features. Thank you!

Cons:

At first I was a bit disappointed that only 2, then 4 people could share the camera because I host LIVE events and needed more flexibility. Now with 6 camera usage, his will be very seamless and professional for me and my summit attendees. I cannot wait to use this feature at the next event.

I highly recommend Demio for webinars

Comments: I am a very happy customer - for my part, software needs to make my life as a business owner better and easier, and Demio does just that. Love it!

Pros:

Over the years, I have probably held close to 300 webinars, and with that I have tried a bunch of different software solutions. Demio is by far the best of them all, and this is both what I use now and what I recommend to my customers. The pros are that it's quite simple to figure out how to set up, the user interface and the webinar experience is clean and simple, and the best part is that it's reliable. And as a bonus, the customer service is beyond great - quick, friendly and on point.

Cons:

Demio integrates nicely with all the software that I need - and Zapier is always a solution, for the few software solutions that don't. I would, for my clients, love to see a future direct integration with MailerLite.

Easy and versatile

Comments: Demio has been great for our use cases. We began our journey with Demio with 1 program/event in mind, and as we grew and explored we have begun to use Demio for many different use cases. From Marketing to Sales to Customer education and success — we've been able to take advantage of Demio's versatility and different event types to create experiences that span the entire customer lifecycle. The integration capabilities, as well as the analytics provide a great deal of information and capabilities that make our lives easier on the back end, and help us to iterate and refine our webinar/digital event program to make for a great customer experience.

Pros:

Demio makes it simple to create and run a digital event. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. The backend is self-explanatory and easy to set up. The actual webinar rooms have great options, are easy to figure out and use, and well-designed for a positive digital event experience. From presenting slides, adding polls, adding handouts, playing videos, looking at analytics, sending automated emails, answering questions, getting a recording of the event, and promoting/sharing the registrations links — Demio makes all of this easy and just a few clicks away.

Cons:

The video and audio quality aren't always the best. Presentation slides appear blurry, video feed can go in and out, and the audio isn't always clear. Some features seem incomplete, or could benefit from having just a bit more flexibility and personalization, but A/V improvements would make a world of difference.

A great software for our USA based sessions

Pros:

Demio is very easy to use and the interface is very engaging for attendees. The value is in the details like being able to make a comment a question and display it when answering- something that zoom webinars lacks. In addition, the reporting is very in depth and extremely easy to use. Makes my life easier when trying to prove the success of a webinar!

Cons:

We've ran into a few challenges implementing the tool for some of our outside teams in Australia and Europe but Demio's support is top notch and I'm confident we can find a solution.

The only webinar platform I tried

Pros:

I tried a lot of different webinar platforms and Demio by far, was the most up to date of them all. Its platform is incredibly easy to use and very pleasing to look at too. A lot of other webinar platforms are very dated. A major plus for me (because I wanted to set up automated and evergreen webinars) was that Demio allows you to upload your video files directly to it. Other platforms I found force you to do a live recording and use that as your evergreen webinar. Either that or link an existing YouTube or Vimeo video which looks unprofessional and jarring in a webinar environment.

Cons:

There are a few things I feel are missing from Demio. One is being able to send a replay link to people who attended on-demand or evergreen webinars so they can watch again if they missed it. Another is having the times listed when users register be visible in their local timezone. You can only set a timezone right now. So if you're in a different timezone to the person registering, they would need to work out the actual time of the webinar based on the time-zone displayed. Having said this, Demio have brilliant support and when I flagged this with them, they added it to their suggested improvements area. You can then 'vote' for changes you'd like to see. So I have no doubt these changes will happen in the future.

Great event management tools but terrible presentation quality

Cons:

I can not understand why their presentation quality is so terrible and how it is a thing for a webinar software! Our presenter have great internet, great computers and still their images are so pixelated and blurry!

Webinar with Demio

Comments: Demio has excellent features of studying the demography of the participants. It helps me in understanding the background of people interested in the topics of my webinars. I get notified if someone has missed the webinar. I can share the link to the next webinar and check with them if they would like to subscribe to my e-mail list.

Pros:

The overall simple interface helps me to look into various tabs and browse through the tool. The branding feature for webinar landing pages is really effective.

Cons:

The feature of uploading the power point presentation prior to the webinar is something that I don't quite get. Not sure if direct screen sharing works. If it works, I'm happy to use.
