I've used DocHub for years and I'm really happy with the product!
Comments: It's been great! We've used it for years for internal and external purposes.
Pros:
It's easy to use, reminders are easy to send, audit trail is fantastic and detailed, and best of all, it's a cost-effective price.
Cons:
Can't think of anything really. I've been happy with the product.

Most recommended e-document provider by me
Comments: Since implementation, Dochub has consistently met our needs, functioning flawlessly and optimizing our procedures. Its efficiency has transformed our processes, allowing us to work smarter and faster.
Pros:
Dochub excels in usability, mirroring the ease of DocuSign but with enhanced intuitiveness. However, its true value lies in its cost-effectiveness, delivering a comprehensive electronic document solution at a mere 10% of the cost. Furthermore, Dochub's support shines with rapid issue resolution, courtesy of attentive technicians and a responsive service team - a refreshing change from the automated responses typical of industry giants.
Cons:
One major challenge I face is the lack of brand recognition for innovative solutions like Dochub. Working in an industry dominated by older, senior executives who are not tech-savvy, I've seen firsthand their initial resistance to adopting electronic documents. It took the COVID-19 pandemic, which made traditional methods untenable, for them to reluctantly accept digital solutions. However, their familiarity with technology is limited, leading them to default to well-established brand names. This approach often results in overspending on less innovative options, overlooking more cutting-edge alternatives. In essence, the reliance on recognizable brands stifles exploration of superior solutions, hindering progress and efficiency.
Good budget software, needs better templates.
Comments: Cheaper than docusign, easy to custmize, useless template system for my use case.
Pros:
Easy to customize documents. Writing real estate purchase agreements I need to do a lot of custom things, nothing is every the same.
Cons:
I absolutely cannot use your template system the way it is setup and it costs me so much time. If I can ever find a system that has better templates and still lets me customize after starting from a template I'll be switching. I don't know the use case for your current system but it doesn't work for me.

Excellent software for forms and signatures.
Comments: I have been using DocHub for about 5 years. It's an excellent software for forms and signatures. Very intuitive to use. It only takes a few minutes to set up a doc for signatures, and even easier if you set it up as a template.
Pros:
It's easy to use - highly intuitive and also cost effective.
Cons:
The only suggestions I have are: - I wish you could set the font type and size as a setting. I like to have the fill in text boxes the same font as our agreement, and I have to change it every single time I put in a text box. - It would be amazing if text boxes could reference each other. Our signers have to put in their name in several places - would be great if they filled it in once and it populated the others. Also - a small but meaningful number of times over the past year, the date field either becomes unavailable or not required when sending a request. I'm not sure why that happens, but we screenshot to show the signers that we have it set up correctly, because they get annoyed when that happens, understandably. I have not been able to determine why, other than it seems better when the date field is dropped in and assigned immediately, without any other change.

One of my most used work tools
Comments: Quickly became one of my most used tools for document management. Integration with my gmail account saves time and allows me to quickly rename documents, save them to Drive, apply dates/signatures or add commentary.
Pros:
DocHub easily integrates into my gmail inbox and my daily work flow. I can quickly open attachments and convert them to PDF, apply signatures, dates, highlights, comments and more.
Cons:
The ability to add pages to an existing document needs some work. At present, only one document can be uploaded and added at a time. If I want to combine 2-3 PDFs, they must each be uploaded separately which is time consuming. I'd also like to see the ability to edit existing text.
Great Value All the Features
Comments: It's been great! It is very reliable with few to no outages. Overall a great document signing software.
Pros:
Dochub is very affordable and is intuitive to use. It has all the features you would want from a document-signing software. You can create templates to send the same document to several people, you can edit documents, and it stores the documents in the cloud. Additionally, it integrates with Google Workspace so it connects to your Drive and Contacts, so you can easily upload documents and add signers.
Cons:
When you are editing a document in DocHub you have to manually download it back into G-Drive, it is only editing the DocHub version, not the Drive version.

I like dochub
Comments: Overall, my experience has been and remains excellent.
Pros:
First, I like the economy. Second, the interface is easy to deal with. Third, the instructions are more than reasonably helpful. There is always a learning curve, but getting to a degree of competence in the use of the app was incredibly quick and easy.
Cons:
I don't really have significant complaints. I try to make sure that my installation of fields is relatively pleasing to the eye, but the alignment tools leave a little to be desired.

Handy Business Tool for our Staffing Agency
Comments: DocHub is a very valuable tool for our business and is used frequently for various purposes. Pricing is good and doing day to day administration would be a lot more difficult without the use of DocHub for uploading documents.
Pros:
Editing is made easy by importing documents into DocHub. Sharing documents for signature or providing templates for editing are easy as well. I use it frequently for HR/onboarding and creating and editing corporate documents.
Cons:
It sometimes crashes when I'm in the middle of opening a document.

Comments: It was super easy to get started with, intuitive, and simple to use. It has a ribust set of features and it's very easy to customize to our neds without any training or tutorials (Which htye have, but it's just that easy). The price is exceptional as well for us, since we don many documents, not just a few large dollar contracts.
Pros:
It is a very reasonably priced product, works great and has a lot o90f features. It is truly the perfect solution for us with the numnber of smaller contracts we send to clients.
Cons:
Honestly, there are really nothing I don't like about this product. Even when there is an occasional glitch, it is fixed fast and the support tea, is extremely responsive in taking care oif even the tinest of issues, which are rare. like ionce in 4 years?

DOCHUB A Great Tool for Small Businesses
Comments: I actually started with an user id and password, but notice it only took my Google password access. I thought that was strange, but I learned to live with it.
Pros:
It's inexpensive and has been improving. It gets the job done a small business needs. The new improvements for adding new documents one at a time to collate is nice. Also, with the Google security, I'll very happy.
Cons:
It's a little outdated looking, so it makes me feel I'm missing something.

DocHub in Educational Setting
Comments: Very happy with the service. I look forward to using DocHub for the forseeable future.
Pros:
I work in education and have lots of documents that require signature. Prior to using this service, it would often take a week to get documents returned to me. Now, using DocHub, 99% of my request are responded to the same day they are sent out. This has been a life-changer/saver.
Cons:
Sometimes, using the tools to build templates glitch and require the page to be refreshed to work correctly.

I started using DocHub during Covid and then never stopped!
Comments: I use DocHub more frequently at different times of the year. I started using it during Covid when I needed to have documents signed, and then others in my school thought it was a great tool- so they started using it as well. I
Pros:
I like that it is super easy to get all of my documents signed in one place. I like that I can use it for multiple people at my school as well. I like that you can upload a handwritten signature. I like that it sends reminders to recipients to sign. I also like that it saves everything and I can go back and pull out old documents at any time.
Cons:
I wish it would save the names and emails of the people that I ask to sign contracts most frequently so that I didn't have to type them in one by one every time.
Easy to Use, essential for any work environment.
Pros:
I use it daily for work to organized documents, send out signature request and update files.
Cons:
I dont really have any cons except having to pay for unlimited (its still a great price though and makes my life a lot easier)

Dochub, an office in your pocket.
Comments: My overall experience with DocHub has been excellent. It's a user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of managing documents, especially for converting them into legal forms. The ability to upload from both my PC and cellphone makes it incredibly convenient, and with just a few clicks, my documents are ready for use. As a real estate broker, DocHub has become an essential tool, allowing me to manage contracts, sign forms, and handle paperwork on the go. It’s like having my entire office in my pocket, making my workflow more efficient and streamlined. Highly recommended for professionals who need flexibility and reliability in document management.
Pros:
DocHub is an incredibly easy tool for converting documents into legal forms. Simply upload from your PC or cellphone, and with just a few clicks, you're ready to go. As a real estate broker, it's the perfect solution to keep my office in my pocket, accessible wherever I am.
Cons:
Is time to have an app for cellphone to avoid to use the internet and log in using the website.
Alternatives Considered:
User Friendly & Efficient for Business Needs
Comments: Greatly eases my work flow, with creating PDFs for contracts and work reports, and generally gets good feedback from my clients on the signing end of things.
Pros:
It's very user friendly. I like that I can upload images into PDFs automatically, so that I don't need to use a 3rd party site in between.
Cons:
I'd say about 1/3 of the time, when I send a sign request, the app glitches. It leaves a blank, non-fillable box, instead of the signing option. I've noticed this only happens when the app detects fillable fields, as opposed to when it's just a line to sign on, and I have to place the signature field there myself.
We absolutely recommend DocHub!
Comments: Overall, we truly enjoy DocHub and all of its features since it makes it easier for us to get our applications signed from our clients. Before we required our client to come in to the office to get their applications or documents signed or we had to mail them out and wait for them to get sent back. This has definitely saved us from a lot time and we have been able to provide our documents faster to our underwriters.
Pros:
What we like the most about DocHub is the electronic signature tool, merging and deleting pages and the ability to be able to track each document from when it was sent to when it gets returned back to us.
Cons:
The only feature that we dislike and it is only because we have to upload the document and resend it to the client if that document requires a signature is not being able to resend or update a document once it has been open by the client. I know there is a Void tool to cancel that request but again we have to set up the document again to request a signature from our client.

Best value online document sign software
Pros:
Very easy and intuitive interface of this product for getting clients to sign documents online. Price is also very reasonable.
Cons:
In the earlier versions, the experience was a bit challenging but DocHub improved the online software over time and also added many other functions.
Directrice
Comments: It is a very good App for office purpose.
Pros:
Simple process and clear steps, easy to put attached and now I can put more than one at the same time! Perfect
Cons:
Sometimes login problem. Google give you different link
Easy and Efficient Document Signing and Collaboration
Comments: Overall, for small to medium-sized businesses or individual use, DocHub is a great tool for digital document management and e-signatures, though improvements to the mobile app would make it even better.
Pros:
DocHub is an excellent tool for streamlining document signing and collaboration. One of the things I appreciate most is how user-friendly the web interface is—it's intuitive, and I was able to get up and running quickly without much of a learning curve. The ability to easily upload, edit, and share documents makes collaboration with teams or clients smooth and hassle-free. I particularly like the annotation features, which allow me to comment, highlight, and fill out forms directly within the document. It eliminates the need for back-and-forth emails and makes the document approval process faster. The integration with Google Drive is also a big plus, keeping all my documents synced and accessible. I also like the ability to send faxes directly through DocHub, which is a rare and very useful feature for situations where digital signatures aren't enough. This added functionality saves me from needing a separate service for faxing.
Cons:
However, while the web interface is great, the mobile app is non-functional in comparison. It lacks the same ease of use and responsiveness, which is disappointing when trying to work on the go.
DocHub is a MUST HAVE tool that makes PDF conversion & editing SO EASY!
Comments: It's an overall awesome tool that I use at least 20 times a day for the past few years. I honestly don't know what I would do without it.
Pros:
It's way easier and simpler to use than DocuSign or any other websites out there. We own our own business & I've been using it for years & love it.
Cons:
The online app doesn't work, I wish it did because I would use it all day every day! It would make working much easier instead of having to only use it on the computer.
