Edenred is great!

Comments: Overall experience is great! I've recommended Edenred to a couple of our vendors who don't like check payments, because we won't set-up other payment systems and have to go through multiple. We either pay by check or through Edenred.

Pros:

The ease of processing payments and that it communicates with other accounting systems to easily transfer information.

Cons:

Credit card fees vendors can charge; this causes us to not use Edenred for many vendors, so we pay those vendors by check.

Cons:

The vCards Edenred has to manually process can take several weeks to process. Fewer vendors are taking vCards.

What I like most is the information available onthe dashboard to take deep dives and research your own questions and it's super easy to understand

Cons:

I like Edenred Pay, they are responsive, and most problems we have are simply connectivity issues on our end and has nothing to do with their software

Pros:

Website is easy to maneuver around and look to see if invoices were paid.

Cons:

Sometimes the wait time for communication can be a bit slow or I'll have to explain my issue multiple times.

Automatically put all vendors to virtual card - many do not like having to pay discount to use - customer service could be better
