AppealMaker Makes the Difference!

Cons:

I have not really experienced anything in the past two years that I find difficult or unwieldy.

Extremely happy with AppealMaker

Comments: My experience with AppealMaker has been wonderful. Everything was great from the customer support, the ease of producing the product, the quick turnaround time in getting it mailed, and the quality of the product. I will be using it in the future

Pros:

From start to finish their customer support will help. I was also impressed with their quality. After I created my product, they contacted me saying some of my images did not work. They took the time to discuss different options with my design staff and made it work. When I received it in the mail it was perfect.

Cons:

There is nothing that I do not like about my experience with AppealMaker.

AppealMaker was a GREAT experience

Comments: This was a wonderful experience, and I am looking forward to working with AppealMaker again.

Pros:

The AppealMaker team worked with me from minute #1 to make sure I understood their software, and were immediately available via their chat feature to help with design and import issues. I'm used to having to wait for chatbots, but there was a live person on AppealMaker who was immediately responsive. Not only did they help me with the initial setup, but when we realized the next week that we had missed a couple of dozen important recipients, AppealMaker's team worked with me to quick-drop and overnight the letters so I could get them in the mail by the end of the week. The end product was clean and professional, and something I was proud to send to our donors. Especially for the time and money involved (which weren't much!), this was a GREAT product, and I'm excited to work with them on future mailings.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of any cons - the whole experience was great. If you're new to AppealMaker, one important thing you should know (which they do cover in their orientation session [which you should definitely do]) is that your project has to be submitted by 4 PM Tuesday for a Friday mailing. So it isn't an overnight service, but a three day turnaround time - which is terrific.

Great partnership with AppealMaker

Comments: Our first year as a partner with AppealMaker has been nothing but enjoyable. I hope to use the platform even more frequently in the future.

Pros:

Every team member I have worked with at AppealMaker is genuinely focused on making the user experience as efficient and enjoyable as possible. They care about their partners and their partners' success. They go above and beyond to ensure they are not what stands in the way of getting your project complete. I have not found another printer that can compete with their turnaround time.

Cons:

So far, every interaction I have had with AppealMaker has been a positive one. If I have had difficulty with any part of the platform, it has been handled immediately and resolved without causing delay.

AppealMaker

Pros:

We love AppealMaker for many reasons, but I would say that the customer service provided is at the top of our list. [sensitive content hidden], and the rest of the team are always available to help with any project we throw at them. They have customized templates for us, jumped on calls to help us with questions, answered questions not even directly related to their services, etc. They are always quick to reply and are simply a joy to work with. We did not experience this level of attentiveness with the previous company we used.

Cons:

We honestly have not had any negative experience with AppealMaker. We do not use a lot of their out-of-the-box templates, but that is by our choice, as we have a designer on staff who lays out most of our direct mailings.

AppealMaker is a great product

Comments: Using AppealMaker has provided my organization with more transparency for our direct mail appeals. Being able to see the products and mail lists throughout the process has been very helpful. Technical support is also available at all times and all our questions have been answered quickly and courteously. We are very happy with our experience using AppealMaker.

Pros:

I like the ability to review mail lists before they go to print. We often have last minute "do not mail" requests and I can easily remove those recipients.

Cons:

It took me some time to understand the flow of where to click to go through the approval process for mailings. But once grasped, the process is the same every time and easy.

Pros:

I love the customer service and support I receive. The products are quality, and the team is excellent to work with!

Cons:

Images can be clunky to upload - but love the new customization we have with designing our own products
