Feedback giving and receiving have never been so easy and pleasant

Comments: I feel like I would have developed my skills less well without 360 feedback. It was part of the organization I worked for, and every 6 months there would be a round of feedback. I was looking forward to it, instead of dreading it!

Pros:

I absolutely love 360 Degree Feedback, and that is not an overstatement! Using this software, you will give and receive feedback from every level within your organization. It's not the typical feedback, where your manager evaluates you. Because it's multilateral, you understand your strengths and weaknessess better. The dimensions on which feedback is given are varied, and well chosen.

Cons:

Not all dimensions apply to every person and role within the organization, and that makes the forms a little tricky to fill in.

Pros:

This tool is easy to use when processing 360 feedback on a team member. The reporting is incredibly useful when trying to identify goals and performance plans.

Cons:

Navigation can be a bit tricky at first, but comes with experience. Users just have to dig in and get familiar with the content options provided.
