Plug and play!

Pros:

Affiliatly integrates with every website platform I've used for several clients. It's easy to use and their customer service is very good. Any time I've had questions, they are there to help. It's affordable, especially for companies just getting started with affiliate programs. It has all the features you need to easily implement and track your affiliate sales.

Cons:

I'd like the ability to see which banners are being used and driving traffic, which is not a feature available at this time. I'd also like a way to email all affiliates from within the system.

Affiliatly, keeping the main thing the main thing at a good price.

Comments: Small business beginning the affiliate program journey. We evaluated several vendors before selecting Affiliatly product, many of which prioritized GUI features over practical effectiveness and were priced beyond our budget for launching an affiliate program. Affiliatly product is not only effective and powerful but also features a user-friendly interface that highlights essential functions without being overwhelming. It keeps the main thing, the main thing at a good price.

Cons:

One or two more payment options to affiliates would be preferred as not all affiliates have Paypal, even though they should.

Decent in what it does, but lacks too many features meanwhile

Pros:

In what it is doing, it is doing a fine job. Also for an acceptable price. Using it now for already 3 years or even 4 years menawhile. So, not too bad.

Cons:

However what is not so good, that this platform over the period of time has literally not evolved at all. Like, no shit, after 3 years it looks 99% the same, same functionalities and no extras. Or so minimal extras that it is not noticeable. This is also the reason why we will swithc anytime soon to a different soltuion, because as you grow Affiliatly is not growing with you. They are just stepping on the same steps as 3 years ago. No innovative features. I mean, why not enhancing your integration in Shopify or WooCommerce further, by directly enhancing your plugin. Why not make a "Campaign" feature, why not making it possible to send those Campaigns via Email to my partners. Everyone is starting with AI integrations in their software. Why is the interface so stiff and to accept or decline someone I have to make 5-7 clicks. Aaah just too many points. Not possible to give out vouchers or coupons via this interface. For me, personally it is not an ecommerce tool and lacks meanwhile just too many features that other providers are having. I am on WooCommerce, so I am not spoiled like Shopify users, but even the native WooCommerce Affiliate integration has more features than Affiliatly.

Amazing Affiliate Software!

Comments: Overall, this software is definitely one of the best when it comes to affiliate marketing. The data we’ve gotten from this has helped us make informed businesses decisions and manage our affiliates with ease.

Pros:

I absolutely love using this software to help track affiliate sales and manage all things related to affiliates. It has helped out business significantly to utilize this software and it makes it very simple to see affiliate progress and handle payouts all in one place.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints besides customer service could be a bit faster in responding.

Very good Affiliate app

Comments: Overall it is a great app, works nicely with no issues. The price is not tied to the traffic of the store like other apps that charge by store traffic. I highly recommend it!

Pros:

I have been using this app for more than 3 years and I have no complaints. It is very fairly priced and does what it is supposed to do: keep track of affiliate sales.

Cons:

The interface can be a little complicated to determine the eligibility of the payments to be made to the affiliates since we have a 30 day wait period to release payments. The 30 day period is to comply with our 30-day return policy. If the app had the option to change this setting would be so much easier.

Amazing Affiliate Software!

Comments: Overall I’m very satisfied with this software! It has made tracking affiliates and their sales much easier and offers me information that helps me make better business decisions.

Pros:

I absolutely love this software for managing affiliates and tracking their progress. This software makes it so easy to do this all in one place and see who is performing best.

Cons:

I don’t have any dislikes - I’m really happy with it!

Very entry level software to track conversions

Pros:

It was very simple to use and easy to track individual performance.

Cons:

There were too many missing features. This is really a base level way to track conversions with affiliates and influencers but it doesn't allow for any collection of granular data. You can't easily recruit influencers either.

Easy User Friendly Affiliate Program Option for Large and Small Businesses

Comments: I have been overall impressed with Affiliatly. From both a user (affiliate) and from a business managing the affiliate program for our company it has been a very easy platform to work with very very minimal issues.

Pros:

Very user friendly and easy to setup. The signup process for affiliates is very streamlined and from a business perspective it has all the tools I need.

Cons:

I would prefer a little more customization options for the overall experience, but that is just aesthetics.

Best Customer Service

Pros:

Everything. We have been looking for a programme for our company for a long time. We have used other affiliate programmes however struggled to find certain features we want to use. This programme allows us to do exactly what we wanted. There is a few extra features we would love that is not available on the programme however overall we are extremely satisfied. We are still on the free trial but will definately upgrade. The amount of support we received taking into consideration we are still on the free trail is simply outstanding!

Cons:

Haven't really found anything yet. There is some features we would love which is not available like a 'training room' for our affiliates however I do believe our actual website might have this function. Not a train smash but would have been 'nice to have'

Better for data focus

Pros:

I like how easy it is to pull data from the software. The software has the ability to sort by order period, influencer, order amount, etc. I also like how easy it is to add a new influencer and integrate their codes and links with our e-commerce platform.

Cons:

It was very confusing to initially learn the backend. I wouldn’t say it’s super user friendly at all. I also didn’t like how limiting the customization for forms or dashboards was.

A lot of glitches and server issues. Bad user experience and interface. Inaccurate data tracking.

Easy setup & amazing support

Pros:

Only having the free version (trial), yet support is amazingly fast and competent!

Hard to tell... still new to it.so far all good.

Amazing Tool At A Reasonable Price

Pros:

Affiliatly tracks clientele purchases on the site by multitude of means (affiliate link, coupon code, etc) and pairs client purchases to the correct orders. Custom code can be done to track purchases on platforms that it does not integrate to. This is essential as we use webflow as our ecommerce platform.

Cons:

The UI isn't very appealing to the eye, but I am more than happy to deal with that for great software.

Shopify Tracking Solution

Comments: It works, enough said.

Pros:

Cost vs functionality. Affiliatly was able to provide everything we needed for our affiliate program at a very reasonable price point. Pricing is based on the amount of affiliates, and this structure benefits us greatly as our affiliates accounts are only used for specialized customers.

Cons:

The interface is a bit archaic, just needs a bit of a facelift.

Very good for small business

Comments: My company has been using this software for about a year now and the overall experience has been very good. I have only had to contact support 2 or 3 times. I would recommend this software to all small businesses.

Pros:

The best thing about this software is its ease of use. It has a very simple layout and is easy to navigate.

Cons:

There is one feature missing and this is what I like least about the software. Affiliates can see their downline, but they are not seperated by tiers such as 1st 2nd 3rd. It would be very beneficial for affiliates if they implemented this feature.

Fantastic tool

Comments: Very good.

Pros:

I liked the set up system, which I found easy and intuitive. I also loved the rapidity and kindness of the technical support while setting it up. I like the tracking system and all the details and statistics the app gives. I like the fact that the affiliates of my program found it very easy to use and follow too.

Cons:

I don´t work easily with .csv files. I understand .csv format is needed here but I´d prefer an option to download it directly in .xls too.

Loving it so far!

Pros:

Affiliatly makes it super easy to get started with having affiliates for your brand. As a first time user of this sort of software, I am impressed!

Cons:

I'm still learning but I wish there was a way to integrate an affiliates discount code through my website as tracking as well as their link, so they don't miss out on any commissions if a customer just uses their coupon code and doesn't come through their link. (Maybe there is a way?! I'm just a newbie lol!)

Good affiliate system to use for your affiliate program

Pros:

Easy to use, very efficient. The program can be installed on your website in no time so you can start to enroll your affiliates.

Cons:

For now, I don't have a problem with them. However, the software seems to only give you its full potential if your website works with woocommerce integration.

This was the best solution for our Shopify store

Pros:

Affiliatly has made it easy for us to create our affiliate program. We looked at other platforms, but the ease of use, the affordable pricing, as well as the ability to create multi-tiered affiliate payments made this the right choice for us to build our network.

Cons:

It would be nice if they offered additional marketing like other affiliate platforms to help spread the word about our program and recruit affiliates.

Very Helpful, Lots of extra features

Comments: Can't say enough about their customer support. All questions answered within 24 hours on business days. When it couldn't do exactly what I wanted, they were quick to offer a work around.

Pros:

Very easy to setup and the support is top notch. Very easily understood what I needed and quickly implemented an improvement. Better than most all other comparable affiliate softwares out there in my opinion.

Cons:

Only does two levels payout, unable to host contests or sales goals in the software- but the leaderboard helps me work them offline.

Wonderfully easy to use, and seamless in operation

Pros:

The ease of set up is astoundingly easy. The ease of use for my affiliates is praised.

Cons:

I have not found anything I'm unhappy with yet.
