Pros:

It’s nice to be able to track the cold calls in obtaining information from the individuals or companies that we are in touch with. The on boarding process is also a benefit when bringing on such businesses. You were also able to go back and review any information obtained or based on the products and services used.

Cons:

Sometimes, the program will disconnect and you will need to sign back in. You can do that on an inconsistent or consistent basis depending on network and connectivity. That’s the biggest issue.

Comments: Our company has been using ATLAS for several years now, and it has significantly transformed our recruitment process. This software is incredibly user-friendly and offers a comprehensive suite of features that cater to every stage of the hiring process. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance, the customer support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Their prompt and knowledgeable support has ensured that we can make the most of the software’s features. Also, we really appreciate that the software is always evolving in line with new job marketing opportunities, cool new 3rd party integrations and changing needs in terms of recruitment. The Workland team pushes several updates each year to all its client base and always make sure that we are provided with supporting training material. Overall, ATLAS has made our recruitment process more efficient and effective. The time saved and the quality of hires have been well worth the investment. Highly recommended for any organization looking to streamline their hiring process, no matter the size.

Pros:

There are lots of elements that we like most about ATLAS. First, we really appreciated the in-depth functionalities and features to manage the very high volume of applications we receive. Also, the automated, customizable preselection module allows us to save a ton of time with unqualified candidacies. The automated diffusion module that reaches all of the top job boards in a few clicks allows us to deploy marketing campaigns to large pools of relevant candidacies. Pros: -The dashboard is clean, and the navigation is straightforward, making it easy -The powerful filtering options allow us to quickly sift through large volumes of resumes and find the best candidates. -The ability to customize workflows to fit our unique hiring process has been a game-changer. -Automated emails and notifications keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. -The analytics and reporting features provide valuable insights into our recruitment metrics, helping us make data-driven decisions.

Cons:

To make the most out of the software, you have to invest some time to build the automations, the templates and the preselection questionnaires. While the software is user-friendly, some of the more advanced features have a slight learning curve. However, the customer support team has been fantastic in providing assistance.

Atlas gives us all the tools we need

Pros:

We are able to use the software both for product facing client material and also for internal purposes as well. Love how easy it is to use.

Cons:

There is only one area that needs improvement, that is when you are looking at a specific product you cannot also search the platform, you need to go back to the home screen.

Allows you to track your applicants as well as applicant can always access their profile. A great asset to any organization with a HR department or a small organization who needs assistance with HR

Cons:

No complaints, maybe a chat option to talk to a representative who can assist you the for the first time you use the system

Workland utilisation dans un CSS

Comments: Nous utilisons le logiciel au quotidien et, honnêtement, nous n’avons rien à redire. Tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Pros:

Le logiciel est très visuel, simple à apprendre, avec une configuration rapide. De plus, le service support est réactif et attentif aux besoins des utilisateurs.

Cons:

La limitation de certains paramètres, comme la possibilité de modifier les flux de travail même lorsqu'ils sont associés à un poste. Il y a aussi quelques limitations concernant la gestion des entretiens et des calendriers. Par contre, le logiciel se travaille très bien malgré ces petits détails.

Ne pas voir les notes rapidement à chaque dossier de candidatures, nous devons aller ouvrir à chaque fois pour nous assurer qu'il n'y ait pas de note pour un candidat X Valider page après page lors d'une modification d'affichage. Ne pas pouvoir fermer une campagne de recrutement en un clic uniquement. Les campagnes en préparation qui sont mélangées à travers les campagnes qui sont terminées dans un seul onglet Ne pas pouvoir faire un PDF adéquat d'un affichage Termes Scolago non respectés, complexité de créer un profil

Plateforme Workland - Satisfaction

Comments: Pour toutes les raisons écrites plus haut, nous sommes plutôt satisfaits de la plateforme.

Pros:

Pour ce qui est des points positifs que nous apprécions, cette plateforme nous permet de faire un filtre sur les candidatures reçues. En effet, le système peut rejeter les candidatures qui ne répondent pas aux exigences du poste à l’aide d’un questionnaire que nous avons préalablement préparé. Malgré tout, nous pouvons tout de même consulter ces candidatures au besoin. Nous pouvons également inscrire un historique sur chaque candidature qui postule à différents concours. Ainsi, la direction concernée peut les consulter et avoir le point de vue des ressources humaines. De plus, le système peut générer une réponse automatique à la réception d’une candidature, ainsi qu’à un envoi massif de messages aux candidats, et ce, de façon individuelle. Finalement, un seul affichage rejoint plusieurs sites de recrutement dont notamment Indeed, très populaire actuellement.

Cons:

Certains problèmes informatiques et service à la clientèle qui peut être amélioré (rapidité d'un retour et complexité pour rejoindre les personnes clés)

Comments: Notre expérience globale avec Atlas est bonne.

Pros:

Le logiciel est simple d'utilisation. Gain de temps au niveau du tri des CV. Tout est au même endroit. Facilité de contacter les candidats.

Cons:

Certaines fonctionnalités seraient à développer afin d'améliorer notre expérience : pas de filtres possible sur les étiquettes par application ou encore quand nous rejetons un candidat, la plateforme nous renvoie toujours tout en haut de la liste même si on est au candidat numéro 50 par exemple (perte de temps).

Cons:

La fonctionnalité du suivi des documents avec Docusécur (manque de notification au dépôt des documents) Le dépôt des documents n'est pas toujours une tâche simple pour les candidats.
