Clear Winner for Sales Teams, Rolls Royce of Scheduling Tools
Comments: One of the first tools we bought building out eqtble's sales team. We didn't have time to chase prospects down, so now scheduling is completely automated and our conversion has increased because of the easy user experience.
Pros:
-It's built for revenue teams and features speak to that - inbound, outbound, routing are much more advanced than basic scheduling tools -Booking experience is superior (requires less clicks and information for the customer booking) -CS team goes above and beyond -Automates our whole scheduling process so our team spends 0 administrative time scheduling meetings
Cons:
-Setup can be a bit confusing, mostly due to the amount of customization that is possible -More expensive than basic scheduling links
Alternatives Considered:
Great meeting scheduling software!
Comments: The overall experience has been top-notch; and I am a satisfied customer!
Pros:
Easy meeting scheduling, geo & timezone specification capabilities, and reasonable pricing!
Cons:
Load time can be improved for heavy filter jobs.
Caught in nightmare cycle of forced appointment scheduling with wrong phone number
Comments: Virtually useless product
Pros:
Nothing. Appalling user experience. All it did was facilitate the delivery of an email address where I, the customer, could manually contact the provider to inform him of my correct phone number.
Cons:
I could not cancel the appointment I made through CP. I was forced to schedule another one. When I did, the contact information I had updated (contact phone number for the appointment) was NOT UPDATED. NO WAY FOR ME TO BE CONTACTED BY PERSON I WAS HAVING APPOINTMENT WITH.
The best tool for creating sales meeting invite and handoff
Comments: Chilipiper is very useful in scheduling sales a meeting and sending client handoffs to another department. Their chrome extension is quite handy for a quick customer invite. All I need to do is asks for the customer's email and paste it on the extension and the system automatically send a quick invite so I don't have to look further at the customer's account.
Pros:
It is integrated with salesforce, google chrome as extension, and slack which is very convenient for keeping track of my client meeting. It also sent me and the client an email reminder so they won't forget our meeting schedule which is crucial as the customers are always busy.
Cons:
Just the occasional bugs here and there where sometimes, the zoom meeting link is missing on my invite for no reason at all but they are quick to fix and provide a resolution

Chili Piper is incredible - both the software and their team
Pros:
I can't say enough amazing things about Chili Piper. It has increased our number of meetings booked with AEs, with leads (that meet our qualification criteria) able to book a meeting with an AE directly after completing a form on our website. Not only that, but the suggested times functionality within emails (where you can suggest meeting times to a prospect that enables them one-click booking from within the email) is a game changer - with huge success from this feature alone. The platform is intuitive and easy to use and also has huge scope for meeting a range of use cases. But not only is the platform fantastic, the Chili Piper team and our technical lead [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is hands down the best, giving next-level support and care for customers and their use cases to solve. Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!!
Cons:
Excited for their Hubspot integration coming out soon!
I couldn't live without Chili Piper and it's features
Comments: AMAZING, it has exceeded all expectations
Pros:
ability to qualify prospects through the self-booking appointment process and auto direct the set appointment to the correct sales rep and auto track show rates with their deep native integration with SFDC
Cons:
There are a lot of features and functionality to learn and implement which is a great thing and I'm not technically savvy with the implementation, I love architecting the stack and so it takes thought and understanding what it can do for you as a platform based on your vision of your flow and this can take some time and well worth it in the end

Best Scheduling platform put there
Comments: it's amazing, not only the features and functionality but also the CSM and support are super quick, helpful and know everything about it + they are really proactive which we appreciate a lot
Pros:
It has ton of options, the routing, grouping and queues have so many option so it can support almost every business scenario, we only moving new departments to it
Cons:
its complicated to learn everything and it takes time to master it but once you do - it's really worth the money!
Lackluster Implementation and Untapped Potential
Comments: In managing sales teams and Revenue Operations concurrently, I encountered Chili Piper — a product that was already under contract when taking this particular job. From what I was told, it promised to revolutionize our lead capture operation; however, my experience with Chili Piper was a tale of untapped potential and lackluster performance. It appeared that Chili Piper had signed the contract with us and merely performed the bare minimum. The onus of setting up, customization, and optimization seemingly rested solely on the customer's shoulders. It is unclear whether the previous RevOps handler possessed the knowledge to fully utilize the product, but it seemed they were confined to getting Instant Booker up and running alone.Initially, I perceived Chili Piper as a scheduling and booking software; thereby, offering limited value for its cost. It was only when the Handoff platform was brought to my attention that the true potential of the product came to light. It was an invaluable tool that had the ability to revolutionize our lead management strategies as was promised. Unfortunately, the lack of implementation and support stifled any opportunity for growth or optimization. The inability to easily engage with the customer support team compounded the disappointment. When I sought answers to my questions, the team was elusive and unresponsive, leaving me stranded in a sea of uncertainty. Ultimately, we made the decision not to renew our contract.
Pros:
One aspect that truly impressed me was the Handoff platform, but this was left untouched and ignored, rendering it a mere specter of its true potential. Its inherent potential for lead management and generation was truly captivating. Yet, it was not on my radar because it not being intuitive to navigate to the separate platform, this being particularly an issue if you don't know it even exists. Only through months of exploration at which time Chili Piper sat idle being used sparingly by a couple of people in the org and then used by me when I had time to continue setting up the product and finishing what never was completed during implementation was when I uncovered its hidden treasures. I did have Handoff set up for a few months and realized that it was a missed opportunity that could have propelled our sales teams to new heights, especially during that interim period.
Cons:
As I delved into Chili Piper, it became apparent that the implementation fell short of the mark and there was a whole platform hidden within the labyrinthine of the product. While Instant Booker showcased some level of competency in its setup, it failed to reach the heights of excellence that would truly elevate the product and deliver substantial value. It lacked the essential functions that could have transformed it into a game-changer and had a major bug problem with several elements (especially in calendar management). The greatest disappointment that became, to me, the true catalyst in the decision not to renew was the atrocious customer support experience that was never available or responsive to my problems.
Chili Piper - Multipurpose Solution For Business
Pros:
With Chili Piper, we have best features for lead capture and generation The software makes sales force automation easy and is great for sales enablement Finally, I like the many meeting and scheduling capabilities
Cons:
Chili Piper has been amazing and nothing really to hate about Chili Piper
Chili Piper review from a daily user
Pros:
The integration with the needed tech stack to have a meeting
Cons:
Time zone choose-ability: maybe they could improve it by letting you choose a time zone for a city
Most optimized tool to book meetings
Pros:
Chili Piper removes a lot of friction when people are booking a demo because of the integration they have with clearbit and hubspot, which allows us to book demos by asking for less information on the website form (since clearbit does the enrichment). This has been great for our form conversion rate.
Cons:
Nothing comes to mind, sometimes the calendar does take longer to load on the page, but that's rare.
Nifty Extension
Pros:
The integration with Salesforce that helps manage calendars, send reminders, etc.
Cons:
Nothing directly...just that is one of several new tools being implemented.
If you have the time Chili Piper is a great tool.
Comments: Working with Chili Piper has been a great experience. Our processes are very unique and their team has been great at helping us configure their app to do what we need. We still have some issues that we are trying to resolve, but to be fair we haven't had the time to work with their support on a solution. Overall Chili Piper is a great product with a growing list of features. If you have time to work with their awesome support team you can get a really great scheduling process in place. We love our and know it will only get better once we can dedicate the time to properly setup all of the extra features.
Pros:
Chili Piper has been a great solution for booking meetings directly from our website. Their Round Robin feature is great, especially the Assign to Owner feature for existing Accounts/Prospects. The one-click scheduling links have been a huge improvement over our previous solutions as well. Previously a prospect would have to click on a link, fill in all of their information, then pick a time to meet. Chili Piper's one-click scheduling removes the form fill from the process; which has reduced duplicates and increased scheduling conversions. The chrome extension is awesome too. We are able to insert meeting availability directly from gmail and even schedule a meeting right from a lead or contact page in Salesforce.
Cons:
Scheduling a meeting between a prospect and multiple reps is a challenge. Currently when a prospect books a meeting Chili Piper only confirms the availability of one rep. This has caused some AEs to be double booked. Admins do not have the ability to view individual user's meeting types, reminder templates, etc. Meeting reminders are sent from [email protected], not from the AE assigned to the meeting.
The best scheduling tool on the market
Comments: Amazing, the tool it's very good and the CSM team it's very helpfull in everything
Pros:
Chilipiper it's so easy to use and it brings results so fast!
Cons:
Some small things about the UX can get better.
Great Scheduling Platform
Comments: Overall, Chili Piper has been a great platform, helping us manage the bookings well and providing the flexibility in terms of making changes without much hassle.
Pros:
We have cases where we need to change the percentage of calls being booked for the various reps for various reasons. Great thing about Chili Piper is that is allows to make such changes at the click of a few buttons, and help equalize the number of calls booked towards the end of the month.
Cons:
We haven't explored the platform to the maximum. Still not much clarity in terms of how to use the reschedule option or make changes to the internal calendar. Found a bug where if our Google Calendar is in one time zone but the org-wide Chili Piper is in another time zone, the round-robin starts acting weird.
Chili Piper has helped us make meeting routing easy and increase show rate
Comments: 1. Meeting routing from SDR to AE is no longer a manual burdensome task for us. We've done both Round Robin and territory-based, and Chilipiper made both crazy easy (especially because of their SFDC integration). 2. We love having standard meeting templates and meeting reminders across the team. Particularly, automated meeting reminders helped increase our show rate by 10%
Pros:
Our team is a huge fan of Chilipiper's automated meeting routing, standardized templates, SFDC logging, and auto-reminders
Cons:
For it's basic features, it's simple and easy to use, but with more complex configurations, all the different settings can get messy
Very flexible and great customer service
Pros:
I like that it integrates seamlessly with salesforce and gmail. It allows our SDR to easily schedule things for our account execs. Also love how easily we can insert time suggestions in emails. The customer service and nimbleness of their company is top notch - they've worked really hard to make sure product works for us.
Cons:
Sometimes the javascript can make our landing pages a little slow, it doesn't work with popup forms (that we've been able to figure out), and I can't use the router for opp and account objects in SF.
Chili Piper is a real time saver
Comments: Overall, it's been a very helpful tool for me. I know there are many powerful features that the rest of my organization leverage, but I stick to the basics.
Pros:
From an individual user, it's easy to use. I just send the type of meeting link I want my recipient to book and I get a notification when they book it. I don't have to go through the back and forth of finding a time that works for them.
Cons:
It was a tiny bit confusing to find certain features, but I found them eventually. I may not have figured it out, but I would love to take two Chilipiper users and send a merged link that will only offer times that are mutually available to both of us. This would come up if I was having a new team member shadow a call, and I wanted to offer only times that were available to myself and the team member shadowing me. This may very well be a feature that exists, and I just didn't figure it out.
Chili Piper has been great for our business
Comments: We use Chili Piper daily. Our SDRs use it to schedule times with a potential customer and our sales Reps. It's been great and its very easy to use.
Pros:
Ease of use. It allows us to have customers quickly find time in calendars and book meetings.
Cons:
I wish Chili Piper can have deeper roots into Salesforce, meaning build custom formulas and look at more than one object.
Lead Routing: Automated
Comments: Couldn't reccomend it enough. There's a reason Chili Piper is taking over the market.
Pros:
This is the only tool on the market that consistently meets our lead routing needs. It's incredibly easy to turn reps on or off, adjust volume, and automate your lead distribution. Their customer support has been unbelievable, always finding time to help us out at any time of day.
Cons:
The reporting can use improving, but their Salesforce integration makes it easy to build reports in Salesforce.
Best in biz for calendaring right now
Comments: Solid team, support and functionality!
Pros:
Advanced features allow for extensive flexibility The management team is excellent
Cons:
Calendaring is becoming a staple in the engagement platforms (Outreach and Salesloft for example) so it will be interesting to see where CP goes next on the product.
Great Meeting Booking Tool for Teams
Comments: The customer support is the best in the B2B SaaS space.
Pros:
Chili Piper looks at our sales reps availabilities and then matches an inbound request to the next batter up based on who is next and meeting availability - takes the back and forth of meeting planning out of the conversation.
Cons:
I wish they had better or more dynamic integrations, specifically with Drift and also writing to a record in Marketo or Salesforce.
Chili Piper makes round robin meeting assignment the easiest
Comments: Round robin assignment of meetings to our account executives
Pros:
Chili Piper is great because you can give your team various levels of access to the tool and then let them start booking meetings for senior salespeople, allowing for automated/AI meeting assignment across a team.
Cons:
It could be easier to decide when to fire the meeting scheduler OR to embed meeting scheduling options into emails with specific times.
It's a good calendar app. Better than Calendly.
Comments: Overall it's good. The product is very effective and I use it on a daily basis. The support team is also very proactive. It's definitely better than Calendly.
Pros:
It integrates with Salesforce and automatically creates an event as soon as someone reserves time on my calendar. Also, the ability to easily drop a few available times right on Gmail, so the customer can easily reserve a meeting with a click is a huge place.
Cons:
Sometimes (it happened 2-3 times in 2 years, so not bad) the calendar link doesn't work and the client can't reserve time on my calendar, so I had to manually send them an invite.
Love Chili Piper!
Pros:
• The ability to have SFDC routing on scheduled demos • Having the ability to schedule a demo after a form submission
Cons:
Still early in terms of product and wish there was an ability to duplicate already existing item.
