Why I switched
Comments: Customer service and tech support was the worst. You always felt as if they HAD to help you out yet AGAIN.
Pros:
Not much. It really wasn't as customizable as others in the same category for a small water district.
Cons:
The absolute worst database management. I am from the old school of "garbage in, garbage out". Not with this software. Once you input your data it was theirs. If you wanted to run a non-standard report or play "what if". Call Tech Support, pay a fee and we will get back to you.
