KYZER OPERATION
Pros:
EASY TO MAP THE IRM AND ORM WITH RESPECTIVE SB AND BOE
Cons:
Many SB and BOEs are not updated in KYZER even when details are updated in RBI portal. Not able to see the old IRMs and ORMs status. Manual interventions are required for old cases update.
Best vendor service
Comments: They don't serve as a vendor. They understand the problem as a project team and provide efficient solutions
Pros:
Ease of use. Simplicity of UI. Best demo and training service. Correct output. Less bugs.
Cons:
Nothing identified yet. Will inform once find any production issue

Useful and Robust Software
Pros:
The software was easy to implement, and the team was very supportive during the implementation process. We have been able to automate key processes, saving lots of hours/money in the process
