Amazing tracking system for the larger companies hoping to keep things running smoothly.

Pros:

This program is super easy to use. Applications pre-fill if a candidate has EVER filled out an app within the system, and they're easy to manage, update, and leave notes on. Employment verifications are a breeze, and all hiring documents are kept organized within the system and very quickly accessible.

Cons:

Price, this program breaks the bank. We've been unable to afford outright and have only been able to use through larger companies who also utilize the program. Thankfully employment verification is free and used constantly. However, it's worth the money if within the budget and will hopefully be a part of ours soon!

Perfect for Trucking Use

Comments: Intelliapp is what we use for anyone who wants to become a driver or driver trainer for our company. It's very quick, easy to use and understand, it's always easy to request an addition of title or detail information as needed and very easy to learn to use overall.

Pros:

It's extremely easy to personalize for our company, sort applications by lead titles, dates, names, etc. You can narrow down your search selection as specifically as you need it based off of your company needs and it's very easy to go in through the company side to assist a driver on their end with completing the application for processing.

Cons:

The only issue i've come across is sometimes we can receive duplicate files with most of the same information and it can be difficult for one person to find the duplicate to get rid of it and focus on the main application but if your staff is trained on it correctly it's fairly easy to navigate.

Great credentialing Software

Comments: This software makes tracking your provider's demographic info a breeze. The best part is you can upload the insurance company's applications to the database and map out the various fields. The software will auto fill those apps in seconds.

Pros:

It completes the applications for me.

Cons:

Mapping the various fields on an app takes some time to learn.

Hiring Made Easy

Comments: My overall experience with IntelliApp has been a positive one. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

I have been using IntelliApp Tenstreet for a little more than 6 months. Since my company made the switch I have not been disappointed. It really makes the recruiting and hiring process a breeze. The organization is second to none.

Cons:

There is nothing that I dislike about IntelliApp. I recommend it for all of your recruiting and hiring needs.
