Good product but there could be some improvements
Comments: Overall, I think this is great for a smaller company or start up our nonprofit. I think it’s a great tool to have along with any other forms programs that you would have. I don’t think there’s anything wrong or negative about having it along with something else as well either
Pros:
Obviously I liked the idea that this was the same product company that did Quicken and other products that I was familiar with so a lot of the platforms and set up for the same so they’re not extremely different they’re very easy to use and very easy to understand and you don’t have to have a lot of skill in order to be able to create anything
Cons:
I feel like it looks a little cheap. I feel like they could’ve put more money into the software and part development part of it to make it look a little bit more higher class

The Quik team has been easy to work with for form updating and posting.
We recently ran into some hiccups where form updates were missed and no Quikforms acknowledgement confirming the posting was received. We had clients reach out advising why old versions of the form were appearing which was due to missed updates by Quik. We recently completed an audit and located a few additional forms that were provided to Quik for updating but where not updated. We are currently working with Quik to have a better streamlined process in place to help avoid these issues in the future. JH is working with Quik to have access to QFM and have a demo provided by Quik on how JH can manage form updates directly to help streamline the process and help eliminate these issues in the future as we now have forms passed from Quik into Docupace for MGroup private viewing.
Great service-site lacking some functionality
Comments: The customer service is great. Quik! Forms support staff is very quick in answer questions, modifying requests, and completing tasks as requested on time, every time. The area that Quik!Forms' site could use some improvement on is the missing functionality of a wizard. From a carrier standpoint, it's easy to make requests as a carrier because we are dumping everything into a single directory, but from a customer standpoint, it would be helpful to have the ability to select a product type and get all of the forms that are relevant to that specific product. It's something that few competitors of Quik!Forms have, so it's not necessarily an indication of them being behind the times, but of the industry as a whole. The functionality of a product like AdminPipe or Firelight really does set them apart from solutions like LaserApp and Quik!Forms. If they can figure out a Wizard, it would make their product elite.

By using Quik! we expect to cut in half the maintenance cost of updating the forms which change often and most importantly bring a better experience to our clients, some of which have already demo the new forms and are extremely excited !
We highly recommend Quik! forms, the forms are elegant and functional and the company's customer service and support is of the highest quality.

Comments: We implemented Quick Form's web service on our agent portal this year. Every one of our product applications can now be assembled and pre-filled directly in our agents' browsers. The forms are always current. We also are beginning to wean our agents from ordering multiple versions of the applications in print form that rapidly expire. Feedback has been great. We really enjoy working wth Quik Forms. They have great customer support and management goes the extra mile when we have questions or problems.

Comments: The QUIK! team was very accommodating and easy to work with when it came to the custom development we required. Throughout the process, the Quik! team was a strategic thought partner for us, providing insightful guidance on how best to leverage their tool to meet our vision. They also worked closely with us to meet our very tight timelines and worked with our project managers to execute our plans. Comments: Securities America has partnered with Efficient Technology for many years to provide access to tens of thousands of forms for our Advisors through a web-based interface. Their product was easy to implement and has experienced very few issues over the years. Their support team and even company executives are quick to reply to questions and concerns. They are genuinely interested in seeing us succeed with our implementation and unique use of their product.
Implementation - Test - QA - and Production Release in less time than creating a fillable pdf!
Comments: We worked with different vendors and at the point of bringing form processing in house we looked at Quik. One of the easiest decisions we had to make and a topic we as a company no longer need to discuss. The partnership with Quik continues to grow as both of our firms develop. There are many form options, but not many form solutions. Quik provided a form solution that revolutionized our work flow and automation process.
Broker-dealer home office support
Comments: The sheer ease of use of this system is shocking. The customer service has been phenomenal, they actually listen and respond. The price point is fantastic! The only downside that I have experienced thus far is that we cannot create forms packages that group like forms together; however, this is minor and could actually be a result of limitations on the system that we have this platform integrated into.
2015 Technology Roadmap
Comments: I found the Quik! Team to be smart and responsive. CEO Rich Walker was personally involved in evaluating our workflow. We host our forms with Quik!, making it easier to prefill and submit our forms while saving time and money. Quik! enables us to work across multiple mobile platforms and reduces Not In Good Order (NIGO) errors.

Pros:
It's quick (all puns intended) and super simple. Great way to create pdf documents and insert fields with ease.
Cons:
No cons thus far. I'm a new user but it gets the job done. No kinks, no hiccups and no issues so far.

Comments: The pros are that it integrates easily into some other important platforms (Skience, etc) so it makes an advisor's life much easier.
