Comments: Hard to say when entering clients is more difficult, but once up and running OMG thank you thank you thank you

Pros:

the convenience of being able to digest a client's situation with just a moment's glance.

Cons:

Hard to say when it's not necessarily complete yet. Internal Messaging functionality is missing for now, a way to upload forms in order to create clients seamlessly (API page where form fields can be allocated to system keys.

Easing the Barriers to Entry

Comments: I am thrilled to have access to a system that was not cost prohibitive for a new insurance agency. Everyone has been helpful and encouraging, and I'm proud to have a partner with CaptaIMS!

Pros:

Having a "pay as you go" e-signature feature built into the system was an added value. Insurance applications require signed forms, and collecting and storing them helps us remain compliant and efficient.

Cons:

I have requested a couple of updates, such as a field for a Tax ID, or multiple contacts for a client (accounting, inspection, etc), but found it easy to send recommendations over via the platform.

Fantastic Tool for Agents!

Pros:

The ease of use and integration into the daily workflow is fantastic!

Cons:

The Search Bar is limited to the primary Screen and it would be great to have access to the search function on all screens.

Comments: good easy to use and best customer service with Ed!!!

Pros:

Easy to use and very user friendly.

Cons:

can be a bit confusing for the email recipient as it does not come from my email address and I always have to recommend checking spam/junk folders

Software found in
